I'd say go for it. If you don't finish the quest it is cheap, and it semi easy to get back. It is also pretty decent. Better than wasting 200k pking in mystic.

They do not control what they dream. They just are in realization that they are in fact dreaming. And in some cases can alter the dream. Dreaming is your brain going on screensaver, so if you play RS a lot you might dream about it cause the images from RS are stuck in your brain. Just like Leesters' dream about the Dag Kings, he goes to the Dag Kings a lot so the images of the path there and fighting are stuck in his head so he dreams about it. OnTopic: I don't think I have ever dreamed about RS. Leesters' dream sounds entertaining, especially to people like me who have never been there in RS.

there is a thing called a hally or great axe... (both 100+ str bonus in 1 wapon) That strength bonus isn't very high. I can get nearly that high without a lot of expensive/hard to get stuff. It's called a Dragon Halberd.

and this is why your stats are terrible? :-k BBC, Stop insulting people. You don't have to have high stats to have fun, and that is what Runescape is about for a lot of people, for fun. Look at the OoC people, they have fun and they don't train. I agree with DeadPolkaDots1, PC is repetitive and boring. Many say RC is boring, but throw in avoiding pkers and it gets more fun. Slayer is fun, you get to kill a variety of monsters in a variety of ways, getting cool drops.

Hm, mine probably is My Arm. His quest has cool cut scenes.

Just go kill the Fire Elemental Mage near the summoner guy near Port Sarim. OnTopic: I had this happen once. It was for Fairy Tale I. To get the enchanted seuchers (spelling?) I needed edible seaweed. No one had it. I finally went to kill rock crabs, and I found someone who had it and bought it. And headbands, no one ever buys them. White mystic looks cool, but I don't have the skills or money to get it.

Also, If you need to turn Music off, with Windows XP. Open up your Sound Control and Mute "SW Synth" :) Okay, cool. I'll try that. What sounds does muting SW Synth mute?

I value the security of my account over a few extra options. While SS may not have anything that will steal my account, I feel safer not using it. Things can happen, i.e. the tip.it forums problem last year. Also, I don't have a problem having firefox open in another window, with tabs to calcs, hiscores, forums, etc. As for mIRC, I'm not much of a clan type person, so that's no benefit to me. well I always wonder why people pst things about security... Who knows what internet explore does (or firefox) maybe Microsoft (or mozzila...) collects all the passwords and just sells them to some hackers? - So why would you trust IE/FF more than any other home-made browser? pulli23 The difference for me, at least, is that both IE and Firefox are distributed by actual companies. They have more to lose than just the reputation of their name. And just because I trust the big name companies, doesn't mean I should let my guard down and just use whatever is out there. Just to point out something, Microsoft is really bad at security when it first puts stuff out. When I got my new hard drive I had to download 50+ updates off Windows Update, more than half of which being security updates. I've never tried Firefox, so I can't say anything about it. I agree with Muggiwhiplar, Wakka, and Trojann. If you are going to insult a program, please insult it with correct info. The tools SS provides do not break any rules, they are available on different fansites. The tools are just put together in one thing. The world switcher isn't much faster than normal. It still takes the normal time for the prifile to switch worlds, and you can't get into a full world right away either. The Irc may have some problems, it is a good way to talk to friends without worrying about using mIRC. It may be one of the things needed to fix though. I personally hate the new rule change. Rule 7 is bad enough, but with rule 9 you can't even talk about SS ingame without the possibility of being banned. This update is worse than pure essence. Edit: I also like SS's music muter.

Technically, a keylogger is NOT a virus. So a virus-specific scan may not pick them up. The good ones, will. :wink: I said "virus-specific" scanners, not "virus scanners". Of course a couple of decent "complete" scanners out there will pick them up. Sorry, but I find it quite stupid to only VIRUS scan somthing that you think could have a keylogger. Just my 2 cents. To be specific, I scanned it with AVG Free, CA Anti-Virus and Webroot Spy Sweeper and got nothing. And I've scanned my computer multiple times with AVG Free and Spy Sweeper (CA Anti-Virus freezes my computer when it tries to scan) since I downloaded and installed SS and i've gotten nothing.

Hear hear! I agree with Wakka on this one. Are they afraid of simple little competition? I Agree with Wakka. I've scanned SS and I've gotten nada. And it doesn't even let you switch world faster. If a world is full it retrys to get on every 5 seconds, I can do it faster than that going back and forth from the detail screen to world screen. This is such cabbage.

I love the new version. As Reb said, it may be complex for some of the younger players, but I like it. It isn't that complicated and it seems easy to use. And much more organized! Now I hope Jagex uses it. I can't wait for the day the Jagex writes in the Behind the Scenes "We will be introducing a new banking system this month!"

You need a god cape for them to auto attack you. I don't think so. I think you just need a Saradomin of Zamorak item. Saradomin platelegs should do. Nice guide. I might use it sometimes. Rune armor and monks though.

There is a post on RSO Forums that says this Right from Jagex, the new bank search/organization has an asterisk meaning they are still discussing it and it might happen. We just have to hope that it is this bank page they choose.

Jagex should add an IQ test required to create an account. It would just about stop most new people joining the game it would seem.... Yeah an IQ test should be part of making an account. If you get below 100 or something you can't make an account. That would rock. I was catching some birds and my trap falls down. So I go to put it up and another guy puts up his trap just as I am trying to put up mine. So I say hey my trap was there. He went No it wasn't I've been using this spot all day.
