I can confirm that the droprate has NOT been improved, I, as a P-mod, was told by Jagex that the droprate WILL NEVER be improved. Then again, they will decrease the rate steadily (which everyone noticed I'm sure). So Whips will be even rarer :(

Yeah, I'd much rather have full gunthans and 10 mil than a d chain. Not that I wouldn't want a d chain. Full guthan is a constant drain of 380k (I think) which adds up very quickly! Dragon chain is forever and it looks 1k times better, too. Full dragon looks a lot worse without chain, and in the end it's all about status. Why would we play otherwise?
