black d-hide vambs are terrible. At the very least, use [bleep]ed kebbits to make them [bleep]ed (+4 str bonus) RFD Gloves and the combat bracelet are good too.

I find cakes annoying because of the delay in eating, and they only heal 4 hp per bite, while salmon is 9 hp in 1 bite. It's really a personal preference issue, just use whatever you have in your bank.

armor doesn't help much. But I would bring some prayer-boosting gear (like a stole/holy ammy), so you can pray against the mummy/scarab.

Fastest way is to pull the ardy lever, then run south of the mage arena, then west until you get to the course. Just wear a dds and maybe d-hide. For food, I like salmon (heal 9 in 1 bite) though any food will work.

They are good for a while. If you are trying to max out in f2p (or don't care about keeping your prayer level low) the ice plateau in the wildy is really good and it is almost always deserted.

I'm pretty sure you got everything that gives you a strength bonus, except for the onyx necklace with an obby weapon.

axogon composer is a decent one, it costs like 200 dollars, but version 0.97 is available free. It doesn't have any amazing features, but it can make movies, do transitions and do titles, which is all you really need. BTW, this belongs in Tech & Computers.

don't use hero's guild, there are too many door-opening noobs, etc. there. The ogre enclave is much better.

yes. For some reason, the high alch value of a b-axe is above the high alch value of the whip. If you have good combat stats, bring some food and a low alch, pray pro-item, then when they get you down low, say lagggggg, then wait for your health bar to dissapear, eat, pick up the b-axes, and low alch. You'll come away 450k richer.

I think it is a good idea to require both the article quoted as well as the link (as a citation). Clicking links in general is a bad idea, especially because the poster may have good intentions but send people to a bad site.

If it's for a slayer task, you can easily kill the baby blues. in Taverly dungeon. It makes the task really fast, and they are good prayer exp.

rune arrows sell very slowly. Most people that want them will buy a couple hundred. However, it is a good idea to "passive merchant" them. Whenever you are in edge (like for slayer tasks) check to see if anyone is buying them.

their drop rate has been lowered in the past (probably after Shadow7 stopped slaying them.) Current estimates are around 1:1000.

yes, there are several around the stalagmites and in the corners of the room. However the ogre dungeon is a much better place, with well defined safespots.

it's 1 or 2 every time you do the event. I believe that it depends on the event. Zombie gives you 2 pieces. Freaky Forester gives you 1.

the seeds are pretty bad, a lot of low levels (like Kah-Bah-Gee) and only a few watermelons/limps.

maze, genie, molly/pinball, exam, party pete. Maze= good rewards, genie = good exp, molly/pinball/party pete = decent rewards, exam = decent exp.

The nearest bolts are rune if you pick them up after firing. However, since the crystal bow's arrows don't need to be picked up, it is a fair bit more useful.

strength pots would be the best. It wouldn't be amazing exp per hour, but you can sell the vials for a bit of cash after you empty them. Use strength pots, as defense pots cost 100+gp ea, and need caviar.

I'd probably get my construction to 75 (5 mill) Prayer to 99 (120 mill?) Fury (4 mill) 75 smithing (5 mill) 99 fletching (-2 mill) 99 cooking (2 mill) 99 firemaking (2 mill) (don't need many more logs) 120 mill in bank for anything else I'd want.
