99 prayer is a waste of time/money. 90 prayer costs half as much, and there is not much difference in the benefits (outside of the cape itself) Instead trim your ranged with some "nooby" 99 like fletching, cooking, or firemaking. Firemaking with yews won't cost over 20 mill. Maples is about half that, willows, half of that again.

tomb alching has the added bonus of you being able to pick up loot. Dharok is the biggest "killer" for gutsy players, so he should be your best bet. (What I mean by that is high-leveled players not using prayer on him when they have very expensive equipment (guthans spear, fury, etc)

signatures are limited to 40kb, you won't be able to do much in 40kb, however you can do some short .gifs in 40kb, in which case they would be placed like normal sigs are.

Preventing people from posting links really isn't a plausable option. People can always find ways to get around the censor that would prevent people from posting links. Also, disabling BBCode or HTML for one specific group of people isn't possible as far as I know. The best you can do is report these posters and the first moderator to get around to it will handle it. Okay, I didn't know what is and isn't possible to do on phpBB. I just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

How "pure" are you? 1 def? 40 def? Blue dragons in the Ogre Dungeon will make a ton of cash. From that, you might be able to start using chins.

I think there's a good chance that your first to 30s are all wrong, since you have to log out for the high scores to update. Some players played straight through and didn't log out when they got to 30.

However, that is not inflation. Inflation is the increase in the number of currency in circulation. If a lot of people start high-alching all of a sudden, they would be bringing in new currency. More currency is being used, and this causes the currency to start to devalue. People begin to buy items for higher and higher prices, since their money isn't worth as much as it used to be.

if you have the mage level, take a tele. However, you should do fine.

Also, google has "smart searching" Based upon what you have searched for before (and therefore clicked on) that would change your results. So if you search for runescape a lot but just click on tip.it, tip.it would be at the top.
