It is somewhat hard to believe that the rate is that low. Possibly you missed them? I think that Jagex significantly increased the rate of droppings with the rabbit's foot. It makes sense. Since very few nests come from woodcutting, it increases the rate of drops significantly, but is a drop in the bucket compared to mtk and the like.
