that is 100% false. A Pixel is made using the pixel by pixel techinique and basic tools (ie line, fillbucket). Dithering is not requiered but CAN work well... but most of the time it doesnt. and generaly, pixels are made in under 64 colors. a cartoon is usually gradent shaded and not done in Pixel by pixel.

i would work on the shading of the tiger. I would use single pixel wide lines in multiple colors for color conservation but still a fur like effect

ok wow... im sorry but this is really bugging me... PLEASE DO NOT PUT AN UNFINISHED WIP IN YOUR SIG!!!!!! it gives people the feeling that it is finished and (no offence) in its current state is not very pleasing to the eye.... i know you plan on making it cartoony but here is just a basic thin on anatomy if ypu looka t yours his leg and arm are disconnected and have no joints, the one I made is, as still being cartoony, more of a "posible" position also the shading, use MORE contrast in colors and use more realistic shading.

im not a big fan of the shading... but the tree is amazing. your rock shading seems inconsistant, as the rock seems to be odly bending in and out... same with your sky, try blending it much better as the lined blending gives it a rocky feel. still loving the tree though :thumbsup:

ally ou did is get images off google and put them on single color backrounds AKA ripping. :shame:

i would reall do some work on the grass, as right now, it gives me a headache here is a zoom on some grass i did, with the image at normal size next to it: i got a realistic view on the grass, but i did not do it blade by blade, instead i did it parch by patch w/ color conservation.

I still don't agree with you, and I think you're wrong. I know it's commercialized, but I don't think there is a point in trying to fix it. When did I ever say we should try and fix it? right now, you seem to me like "im gonna run in here, and say you're an idiot because you have ideas! LOSER!" You should be allowed to... but my only proboly is when people celebrate it and call it christmas. Call it "day off for gifts or something"... but my only problem is that christmas is really just there. there is a deep religious signifigance behind it, yet few people pay attention. I actually know a guy who dreams of commiting a genocide against christians (note: NOT A JOKE), but guess what his favorite day is? christmas. I mean honestly, am I the only one who finds that sickening?

reading some of the responses made me increase into my disliking of the season. If you are an athiest, why do you celebrate Christ's birth? sure its "tradition". but your continuing the tradition of a religion you dont believe in.
