They're a pain to make... You need raw bear, chompy and rabbit meat. You also need lvl85 to cook ( so use lunar spells so you don't burn any) They are also tradable which is probably your best bet.

Wearing the ring of wealth will increase the likelyhood of a dragon item drop as well.

I think that if you're total skills are less than 800 and you haven't played in 2 years, then your account should be deleted. I think Jagex should work off a scale whereby, the higher the total level, the longer an inactive period is permitted before deletion. I think that would be fair and allow Jagex some control over the size of their player database.

It may be true. I stopped playing for 18 months but my account was still there. So two years might be correct.

They eventually break if you're caught too often. It's possible that figure comes from the number of times being caught before they break?

I agree, owners must be held more accountable. The government should publish a list of what it considers to be dangerous dogs. If a particular dog is on that list, then you must obtain a "Dangerous dog licence" (but only if you're applying for a new dog, so current owners with an animal ages over 10 years are excluded). Also, that dog must wear specific items when outdoors, attended or otherwise. These items would include, but not be limited to, a brace lead (gives walker much more control of dog movements), and a muzzle.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're on the rise. It's reached a point where I can predict when a random will occur. For example, if I've been fighting continiously for 20 minutes then either cast high alchemy or cut a gem, I'm guaranteed a random event. Maybe they should rename them... Common Events? lol
