When you're given the choice of worlds there's always two recommended worlds to join. The recommended world number seems to change most times and I was wondering what this recommendation is based upon? Is it just trying to get you onto a quiet world or has it actually worked out the one with the best ping for you?

Yeah, they're ok but considering how long they take to mine, I think there's much better ways of making money with mining. Noted mith ore is quite a common drop from Ankous in the Security Stronghold. A nice byproduct of some combat exp. :)

They'll likely get one of the new dragon items? Such as boots, kite, rull helm, full body? Or will they create a new slayer monster completely for those items?

More specifically, I live in Scotland... Pros: Nice scenery (when it's not obsured by rain clouds) Low population (quite rural in places) Braveheart was made here (but please ignore as a history lesson) 2nd most intelligent race on earth (after Jews). We suck at sports in general but are great in all pub sports including darts, snooker and bowls lol... figures. Probably the best education system in the world. We invented... telegraphs, radar, television(co-invented), telephone(co-invented), steam engine, golf etc... Cons: No Runescape worlds are based here... uber lag :( The weather is truly awful There's more neds(chavs) than actual people Racism is really getting out of hand (both ways) Our currency is refused in England even though it's the exact same pounds sterling (but they accept Euros!!!)... yup, racism There really is absolutely nothing to do if you're skint We suck at football Bigotry is pretty awful and will likely never change (it's an inbred thing now) Everything is really really expensive. Even stuff we produce for ourselves like petrol, gas, If you and your partner are both full time hard working folk, you get zero benefits. But if you're a jobshy scumbag/imigrant/singlemother, you get everything going (free council house, no council tax, dole money etc...)

I think a lot of people are put off with certain team games due to players acting like noobs or just not playing ball. For example, every Pest control game, there's always someone who insists on leaving a gate open and costing you the game. Or games like Castlewars where have to wait up to 20 mins for a game to begin. Barbarian Assault... i have no idea if I'm in a team or not and is a little too complicated

Yeah, i just wanted to introduce new items rather than stuff that people can buy elsewhere. However, it's something that could always be added later to pad out the skill a little.

is that impliying that 99 slayer is through wealth or do u mean like prayer herblore craft and cons? :-s I just mean that I have less respect for lvl 99'ers in skills that CAN be bought i.e Cooking and Fletching I suppose. Not that they don't deserve great respect as they still put a lot of effort into it, but someone with lvl 99 fishing for example, clearly worked much harder and therefore deserves more respect.

On that note... there's a good spot just north east of Yanille that's really fast. I can collect 600-700 iron ores per hour there. But that's still only 25k exp per hour. Not very fast and only about 80k profit per hour.

As with so many other people who've posted... Yeah, these capes deserve respect, but just not as much as say, a lvl 99 Slayer cape (or any other cape that can't be achieved through sheer wealth)

The meaning of the word "noob" seems to confuse people. Many just plain don't know what it means. They often say it coz it's one of the few insults in the game that isn't yet censored

I think with a little more content it would more than justify a new skill as opposed to an addon (like summoning for example) I believe most RS players are more excited about an entirely new skill as opposed to a simply add on.
