I would gladly lose my rune for my clan as i have 30 sets incase something like this came back. I would really only use dangerous for grudge wars.

The role of a clan leader is to make decisions for the clan, a leader dosn't have to run every decision by his WHOLE clan because that would be too time consuming. Another role for the leader is to act upon things.
