Well UnderOath is REALLY popular (listening to "Reinventing Your Exit" now :-w ) As I Lay Dying is good too, they're one of my faves. Rise Against is pretty much mainstream. :(

Sorry if this has been posted before, but please read anyways: What are some underrated/un heard of artists/bands that are good, but get little to no attention at all? Some I know from the top of my head are: Dream Theatre (I found out through muggi's avatar ) Sonata Arctica Unearth (Those are metal, name some that come to your mind.) Also, if this has been posted before, please let me know and lock it if you must. :|

Gotta say, it's sad. They got me into rock, and I started listening to more and more rock. They led to System Of A Down, which led to Atreyu (battle of the bands, forgot which year), from then on, I listen to almost all metal. :| Stinks that they turned rap/separated.

Which is better? Here's some differences, I have to leave soon. CS 1.6: -More "realistic" spraying (holding trigger down, bullets fly out randomly, sometimes going WAY out of crosshair" -A stronger league, CAL, CPL, OGL. -Lighter system req's. CS:S: -BETTER GRAPHICS. -Noob-friendly, spraying is WAAAY more controlled. -More people playing (I think). -Easy to learn and get used to, while 1.6 needs a degree of skill, and not just randomly spraying. :P I play 1.6 myself, played for 3-4 months, and am in a CAL-O league (lowest, but I'm getting better! :) ) Discuss!

Haha, the reason I made this topic is because my good friend is addicted to Guild Wars (not RS, but an MMO nonetheless). He's almost always on, and even cursed out his own mother to play "just 5 more minutes". BTW, I used to play 5 hours a day, but now, I just go on to "pk", which means losing my rune set. :-w

Are any of you addicted to RuneScape? I don't mean 2-3 hours a day, but waking up at 4 A.M. to play until work/school, then until sleep when you get back? Post what you think about it, whether you are an addict yourself :uhh: , or know someone who is. Me: No, I'm not an addict. The most I've played was 6 hours on a summer day, although now I'm addicted to CounterStrike.

Good luck! 85 mining is one of the best achievements, but sadly, the price of rune is going down due to Jagex's poor attempt to win more f2p'ers over to p2p with new armor that stinks (3rd age, etc).

I lag on ALL worlds, except ones that are out of the United States (London, Vancouver, Toronto, etc). Why? I live in California, and have always been in world 48, with no lag. Since last Monday, I've been lagging in world 48, and all US worlds, and not foreign worlds! Can someone tell me why, and how to help it?

Have you tried scanning for a virus? It's happened to me a while back, and It was fine after a while.

It's a registry key thing, and it says that it can't be removed. Any solutions?

If it was blocking connections he wouldn't be on RS at all. Blocked connections don't cause lag... :? Yes, I know what a firewall is and does. It's been fine, unblocked RS for it to WORK, and no viruses/adware/spyware, etc. I tried defragmenting the RS files with Contig and optimizing my TCP, but it didn't really help. So, any more tips?
