Congrats on your permit. I'm 14 but in Texas, we have to wait until 15... Anyway, when you get a learner's permit, does that give permission to drive out of state (assuming you have an adult in the car)?

What are you talking about? :? Erroding of civil liberties, privacy. It's only a matter of time before someone is "elected" who will use the power given to them for totaltarian reasons. I'm not saying we are there yet, but once governments begin issueing national ID cards, they will be able to track you and know where you are at all times. All in the name of security, we give up freedom. Umm... There are seperate countries... No leader will have control over everyone. Also, if you have national ID cards, it's not like they will have a chip in them that can track you by sattelite. They would just know where you live and some basic info on you. They would know about as much as they know now... Also, slavery, not gonna happen.

About the brushes, make sure they are gimp brushes... If you know for a fact that they are gimp brushes, then send them to the folder: C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\brushes Then they should work... About the sig, it gets a bit to bright in some areas and the render doesn't blend into the bg very well... You'll probably do better once you get those brushes installed.

For the sake of humanity, never say Naruto Uzumaki Barrage again... The American version is absolutley horrible... Yeah, I quit watching the anime until the fillers are over... I still read the manga though. There is nothing wrong with the manga...

It's not really a big deal for me... I remember people by how much I see them... People like: MPC, LP, Knives, GhostRanger, darkrick, Nadril, Axe, Gold, Navyplaya, Vlad, Shadow and some others stick out in my mind because I see them post often and they usually have quality posts too...

If your serious about creating graphics and really want to improve, find tutorials... Tutorials will teach you the basics and also teach you how to do some really nice things... As for the sig you just made, it's okay compared to some of the stuff I see but it's not very good... http://www.pixel2life.com has some good tutorials...

I used to watch that on Cartoon Network like 2 years ago. It was a good anime... Anyway, for manga, I vote Naruto.

If your using photoshop, try duplicating the render, setting the bottom render to luminocity and set the top one to normal with an opacity of 30 - 50... Not sure if it will work for you but it always helps me blend the render in with the background... (It's a trick I learned from a friend)
