Last time I checked, the word "the" is used to refer to a single thing. You don't say "I am the person" because you aren't the person. You say "I am a person" becuase you are one person among many. I'd reccomend bring lots of potions: att/str/def pots if you plan on meleeing p pots if you have a few in your bank and 43+ prayer Or you could range them with chins and hope for the best. They are a pain to get back, but a great source of tallies.
