When world 10 and 11 were f2p in Philly. Also, there were 2 full worlds at most. There were maybe 20 worlds not in the US I think. Also when whips didn't exist.

Because I'm f2p, I'd say yes from my standpoint. BUT, from Jagex's standpoint, in no way should they. If someone feels strongly enough about more bank space, they pay for members. I'd like it, but it will most likely never happen.

Wow, just wow. That is the worst gneralization I think I've ever heard. Most people that buy rares DO NOT scam to get them. How did you even come to that conclusion? Also, why is the wilderness a non-honest way? Jagex put it there for a reason, and that reason wasn't to "cheat"

The reason I made a skiller is just because I needed a reak from my main. I don't really like combat. So I made just an account with non-combats. I don't play on it much, only when I need a break.

Even if Jagex wanted to, the time to do it has long passed. There'd be an gigantic fallout if they made them untradable. People have spent all their time in RS just trying to work up to a rare item. It would be completely unfair for the peopl that want to make money from them. I would personally still try to get a rare before they got discontinued if they ever did. To the people that just like them and don't care about the cost, it wouldn't really matter.
