That said, lets take a deeper look at this. According to the rules, botting is wrong. But if its decided that the benefit out ways the loses botting is ok in runescape what happens? Well first of all, the game will quickly lose its appeal. The point of runescape is you working for your goal. You have to put for the effort to achieve the reward. If you don't have to put forth the effort, the game loses the point. And then there are the people still working to get it the right way. Their achievement is invalidated because they did it the hard way but it ended up being being pointless because so many people did it the easy way your achievement is lost in the crowd. When you realize that it is now pointless to play the game, so you quit. RS goes downhill rapidly thanks to the botters. No one plays this broken game, and those who broke it now no longer play because there is no one to boast to. The botters have now killed runescape, and move on to the next victim.

The most useful.. I would have to say smithing as well. Its one of the only skills that you gain for maxing out, and its a great profit maker.

If you had a TRIMMED fletching or cooking cape I might be impressed. However if its just a plain one, whuptie friggin do. You and 25000 other people have that cape. Its much more impressive when you have a cape less then 10000 people have.

Yeah Range and Melee can hit higher. But they both lack magic utility on the battlefield. With melee you can only close and use your specials, while with mage you can use a variety of impeading effects from long distance and STILL do massive damage very quickly. While with melee your powerful hits are slow (not to mention you must be very close to use it) with range and mage your hits are fast and powerful. The only way I see a spell that drains prayer working is if it was a special on a staff. A spell to drain prayer would mean prayer would never be used in PVP again. Ever. Mage is fine, it was range and melee that needed to catch up with mage.

If being discriminated against because you are F2P bothers you either: A) Turn off public. B) Don't visit place you know you will be mocked C) Pay for members D) GTFO because your to damn sensitive. Stealing is also against the rules in society, but if your family had no food for the past six days, and this was the only way to get it (conviction, two years since you held a job that paid more than $6/hr), stealing would not be a bad thing to him in his eyes. Depends on how you see it, though. Well, considering that there are government sponsored programs (whether or not they should exist is another debate) along with plenty of charities out there. There is never a legitimate reason to break the law unless it is an unjust law. No stealing and no botting are both just laws. The law of runescape is no bots. Ergo, bots are wrong and should be banned no matter if they are good or bad for the economy.

I feel sad I have never gotten a maze! Then again, there are alot of random events I have never had... I have full Mime and zombie (with all emotes) but I only just got my first cammo item. I guess the events really are random :-k

Ive been playing RS for a long time and have gotten golems, ents, trolls, Moms, Bob, Sandwich, Zombie, Shade, Gravedigger, The ballon one, molly, pinball, and mime. But no drill or forester. Ever. Its weird.

The problem with boss monsters in RS is the fact that there is still no system that would give everyone loot from the monster. If you killed it and got no reward, what would the point be? Maybe with the new random looter thing coming out soon that can change.

I think if you look at the high scores, you will see that hunter is likely to be the easiest 99. I mean its barely been out for a year and there are over 1200 people with 99 hunter. Thats insane! Plus hunter is pretty much cash free, and later levels actually make you cash.

Its against the rules. You dont need another reason for them to be bad.

I'd say I can donate to orphens on my own time. It is neither the governments nor anyone elses job to force charity on anyone. My money is my money and it is between me and God what I do with it.
