Very well written, it is true that Runescapers tend to be outcasts amoung the MMO community. And that PKers tend to be outcasts among the RS community. I think the main reason for this is that human nature is in and of itself hyper competitive. As a species or an individual the need to survive and beat the other guy is what keeps you from getting killed or knocked back. Of course there is no need to apply this to runescape, but its hard to over come 10,000 years of genetic programming.

The real question is this: who cares? Once you get a decent crafting level even f2p silver is faster.

I seriously doubt that the adds make enough money to justify that many updates. They probably justify occasional graphical updates (ZOMG F2P gets that?!?!?!?!) and holiday updates (ZOMG F2P gets that too!?!?!?!). So F2P does get updates, just not enough to make you happy. If thats the case, get members. If you still don't like how many updates you get, go find another mmo. AND NO ONE DESERVES TO PLAY RUNESCAPE! NO ONE DESERVES TO HAVE INTERNET! ITS A GAME! IT IS NOT YOUR RIGHT!

If you are skulled and be pked, its going to happen. It does not matter why you are skulled, just remember that you signed up for the risks. Sometimes those risks dont pay off. So quite whinning, you knew you could lose your precious pouches when you started doing this.

Debates like this just show you how selfish and arrogant people are. F2P does not deserve updates. P2P does not deserve updates. NO ONE DESERVES TO PLAY RUNESCAPE. Read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Do you see play runescape in there? No? So quite saying "JagEx needs to give me updates". That goes for p2p and f2p. Now, should F2P get updates? Yes, about once every 3 months or so. Like say, holiday updates. Amazing how that works. Would it be nice to get some new bank space? Yeah, but don't expect to see any soon. If JagEx wants to throw you a bone, I have no problem with it. I do however have a problem with your constant begging. Its annoying.

Not all lag is your fault. Some lag is simply because of how many objects are on screen, like in the war between the freminks and the trolls. Almost died to lag there.

For the team thing, they could just put up a no whining sign so people will understand that if you cannot play with the big boys you need to gtfo. For the food that is a good idea and it would speed up the game considerably.

I am pretty sure that if JagEx had their way fansites in general would be against the rules and visiting one a ban able offense. But that would just make them sound like morons, so they dont do it. They really should have an offical list of endorsed fansites or communities so players know where to go.
