  5. eh, I don't know it seems to me those items just become devalued over time as their supply increases but the demand remains the same punishing players for a naturally occurring phenomenon doesn't seem right that being said there has to be more high level targets to feed the hungry masses

  8. while i do find that certain things ain't exactly what you'd call "healthy" as far as considering the kinds of things you'd be looking at under the "beyond random cussing" category, the way they're doing it seems more irresponsible than the activity they set out to remove in the first place
  9. considering that keys are tradable now you can make a fair game of it by hunting keys yourself and then trading any you don't need as you chase down every piece

  12. main issue i have with dragon gear is that they're turning them into weapon components overpriced for top tier consumption on top of making it something that can't be obtained by level 60 players, which defeats the whole point of there being a level 60 tier if they love dragon so much they should just turn them all into high level weapon components that don't actually serve any purpose as gear, and make a separate level 60 gearset that's smithable by normal means

  16. I actually would like their gear... Ozan's bow is nice. I think it's a good idea because people who hate them get to see them dead and people who like them get to see them fulfill a purpose. And we also get some cool looking shit. Yeah, I can't wait to get the full set from that ardy maid's gear. Wonder what the full set bonus is...*wink*

  19. the issue remains that there is no reason to have anything thing else ever again the tangible benefit is outweighed by making the rest of the game an utter waste of time
  20. nex armors have damage bonus, everybody shits their pants over that pop armors are technically good but nobody uses them because they're too busy shitting their pants to care if the pants that they're shitting in are of a lower quality jagex continues to prove that armors with damage bonuses are a bad idea despite trying to escape it but being dragged down by the players i hate the most
  21. you're too late about the pernix, it got bought out minutes after the BTS video for the slayer area announced it. I expect the trees to be high level....and utterly useless, based on Jagex's warped perceptions to how content should be distributed and used.
  22. I think the main reason why it's per kill is because the monsters heal immediately when they break out of combat. This was implemented because of the tagging system for kills, generally deemed as fairer than high levels camping spots (it's still the old system for bosses but generally if you're at a boss you should be bringing your A game anyway). You may have to untangle those things first. Going back to the old system of kill stealing doesn't count as a solution.

  24. given the longer voyage times at the highest levels, having more of them isn't necessarily as helpful as just boosting your chances of getting the ones you want nor is this increase guaranteed by random rewards
  25. if by "hints" you mean outright mentioned "If the keys were untradeable, you'd never see a crossbow."
