  1. It's pretty stupid to only let P2P'ers pay for a server. There is no reason at all to limit it. People who want a server, should be able to get one. If you're afraid that there will be too many servers... then the problem will solve itself. Once the initial rush is over, a few good servers will remain, and people will play those. Limiting it to P2P doesn't do anything but annoy people.
  2. Yeah I believe so. Though this is probably a screenshot from the "new" RSC.

  4. Omg. Edit: If they implement this, they'd get rid of the RSC private server "problem" as well. Very smart move.

  6. Does this mean there'll be no update today? The delay was about the hint, not the actual update. It could have been both tbh. That's why I was asking.

  10. I'll check it out, but I'm sure I won't start playing again. RSC is completely outdated and I can't play purely based on nostalgia.

  12. [/hide] Runescape taught me the importance of saving money. Runescape taught me not to fall for scams Runescape taught me that fame takes experience, not work. Runescape taught me strange beings from England will take my problems away even if I have already grown accustom to those problems and have based the entire economy around them. :wall: Yeah, real eye openers.

  14. It teaches me that a lot of Dutch kids are completely moronic, can't spell, and fail to write comprehensible English. As an effect, it also boosts my self esteem. As for the rest, it's merely a game. It provides entertainment, and that's all.

  16. Actually, you don't need prayer potions for mages, if you play it right. I've never used any prayer potion, and I killed my fair share of mages.

  18. Indeed, the best money comes when you can slay monsters that drop valuable stuff. But nevertheless, it will never beat green dragons or w/e. If you're in it for the money, don't train it. Train it because you like the skill, and could use a bit of cash while at it.

  20. Uhm, are you serious? Are you honestly trying to compare an online game with drugs? It's very simple, like Jaffy1 already explained.. it's a game, for entertainment. If you like it, it's probably worth it (else you wouldn't be playing), and if you don't like it, you probably won't play. This is not even a debate. It's all a matter of a simple opinion. I play this game, I like it. So yes, it IS worth it. And nobody is able to tell me otherwise. Other people's opinion do not apply for my case.

  22. You already said it yourself. Since skill capes are such an important feature, it generates income for Jagex.

  24. That is [developmentally delayed]ed. Sure, that's constructive. Hey why don't you come up with an idea then? All you do is whine and cry about your lousy petition. Like the guy already said, you clearly have no idea what the problem was all about. Here's an idea, read the post that came along with the RWT removal. Sure, it was perfect. Sure, everyone wants it back because the PvP worlds are sooooo bad, and bounty hunter is soooooo stupid. That's why your petition has a whopping 83 supporters. Good luck with 50k (fyi, that's not even one percent of the active player base).
