Where? I spent about 10 minutes looking for the option last night. Seriously wheres the option it bugged the hell out of me last night. It's where you'd least expect it: the graphics options. Seriously, if you'd spent just one minute, you'd have found it.

There is no reason to keep old names in use when they're actually not being played at all. People should be able to use those names. And yes, then it's simply a matter of luck who gets those names. But it's not like it changes anything. It's just a name.

[Off-topic] Regarding stretching for other people, is there a certain size I should resize my images to? Only, I'm using a 22" monitor and the theme is fluid for me. I would assume 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 would be a sensible figure to go for? [/Off-topic] I personally have never dabbled in the world of IPB, so I have no idea if it's possible. However, I was thinking, if there was a way we could have a setting to turn this automatic picture resizing on and off? (With it being turned on by default of course) I don't know whether or not the new themes will be fluid or fixed, but if it is fluid then having this option would benefit to those of us who use a large resolution, and don't want to click on every image to enlarge it (that would of initially fitted on our screen to begin with) I think the average width is between 768 and 1024 pixels. Forum width is probably 2/3 of that. Whenever I resize pics to post them, I keep the width to something like 500 pixels. Big enough. Sometimes with a click-through for the fullsize pic.

I really don't like this.. :( If there's a way one can set it so things are set as thumbnails, that'd be good. But having to click each picture to actually see clearly what's there is not something I'll look forward to doing.. :-# There's always cropping ;) Or, just play on standard detail. But seriously, it will help load times for pages with lots of images, and it wont automatically stretch the page. That's the thing, I've a very good internet connection so loading a page full of images takes a very short time (Seconds), therefore with this meaning I'd have to open each picture is going to be a right pain. People need to learn how to crop and resize. Pics bigger than the forum width cause it to stretch, and that's annoying. There is no reason that one can't just properly resize and crop his or her pictures. Therefore, the automatic resize thing is good. People who know how to post pics will not be affected, while the forum layout is maintained.

Well, yeah, they obviously get offended. No doubt in that. Though that doesn't mean I will just accept that black people discriminate in who can use the N-word. If they get offended, that's their problem. If I were to use that word (I wouldn't, I have no reason to) I would not blame myself if anyone gets offended. It's their decision to discriminate based on skin colour, not mine. I'll deem a word offensive if it's not dependent on which skin colour you have.

A Jmod said in the high level forum that it requires some work in the game engine. I think that means they're looking into it.

How many times do I need to state that I don't use that word? -.- I don't even speak English irl. How many times do I have to say that I disagree that a word suddenly gets offensive if one with a different skin colour says it? If THEY can use it, then so can I. There's no reason for me to actually say that word, but I don't buy the crap that when I say it, it'd be offensive.

Transsexual =! transsexual. Some people crave for attention, or are messed up in the head. You have that type of transsexuals. Though, "true" transsexuals are born in the wrong body (development of male genitalia, while that particular part of development was supposed to be oppressed, for example). Their feelings, hormones, and all that don't match with the body that has been developed. That's a biological cause for transsexuality. And that's just something that can't be denied. Or, some people are born as hermaphrodites. What if none of the genitalia are developed? What if you have XX, XY mocaizism? (that word is probably spelled wrong). In those cases, it's not even clear to you what you are. Some of those people just don't know what gender they are and HAVE to choose. Transsexuality is not all that simple. Know what you are dealing with before judging.

Context. Preaching white power would be offensive with or without the N-word. Because that means one is actually arguing that his race is better than others. My point exactly.

Yeah, "would". I've seen no example of that. But I see you've run out of arguments since you're starting to get personal. You probably see it as not a nice thing to do. Well I don't care, since I've grown up in a place were I've been taught to see people with other skin colours as my peers, and therefore don't see why I can't use certain words while people from other races can. It's been a few hundred years ago. Nobody has witnessed it, nobody experienced.. we all just know because it's in the books. Get over yourself and stop playing the victim. Or, if you still blame whites for the enslavery of the blacks.. well, congratulations, you are now free to take the boat back to Africa.

No. Oh, so I'm excluded because I'm white? Once again, that's racism. I'm not going to honor something like that. If it had no consequences, I'd do it without a problem. I wasn't there during WW2 so the world could be one big swastika for all I care. PERSONALLY, I have no feelings towards it. Though, knowing what it represents, and knowing that the person that would do such a thing would most likely defend the fact that millions of jews were killed, I'd frown upon it.
