Face it, we're all connected, some of us just have ancestors that lived in countries where there is, for example, more sun, and it is human nature to adapt with a darker skin color, and lots of adaptations, maladaptations or not, become heredity traits. There is no need for different terms, just because a person is darker than you, it's just a label by society that I've found complety meaningless. I mean, black and white, what moron came up with those terms, they must have been seriously color blind, to a point that isn't even possible. I could see light or dark, but then that doesn't account for those inbetween. You took what I said seriously? We have a 'Sharp 42 in. Full HD 1080p LCD TV, AQUOS Liquid Crystal Television, Widescreen' (accoridng to the name, I just call it an LCD.) In our living room. And when it comes to watching TV I choose to watch in the 20" flat screen in my room, not because it is in my room, but because the LCD is too big, and I agree, it feels uncomfortable. I almost think the real life images are blurrer due to the size, but the cartoon images are extrememly sharp and vivid. A nice thing through is you can watch two different shows at once.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, I'm too lazy to read the whole thread. They do it for the same reason some people like to watch reality TV shows, and see movies, they want to remove any though of their depressing real life from their mind, so they in gulp themselves in someone else's life, because, while it makes them feel bad (jealous, envious), it also makes them feel good. I also agree, I hate people who still think they're famous, or think they're famous just because they were on 1 show. You have to work for fame, it doesn't come easy until you're well enough known. Alot of Hollywood actors and actresses are in like one or two movies, than you never see them again. They think it's easy to be scouted by a casting scout to audition for a movie. But it's not. You have to go out there, with your agent, and find movies, try out, until you find one that you like or are accepted in. It's like the whole, I want to be a singer/play in a band when I grow up. But what people don't realize is this takes time, lots of it, and the ratio of it happening is very small. I also hate the fact that I learn of a new music artist every single day. They have 1 good song, and I never hear them again.[/rant]

I went to Sweden this summer to stay with a friend. He has 4 brothers/sisters. The 3 oldest, and him, are extremely well behaved kids/adults. The youngest was born after the no-spanking law was passed, and he's an utter brat. Not to mention having a high living standard is completely irrelevant to spanking. They passed such a law? :P They are truely liberal. But I still want to live there! :P

How do I load in new fonts? And after I've typed something, how do I go back and edit it without having to delete the type layer and start over?

Thanks. But the problem is, it's shiny wood, like that of a table or chair, and it's dark wood, so it doesn't really have wood grains. What I need is to find out what the effect of light on a shiny dark wood surface is. I'm assuming some sort of reflection, not easy on this scale with paint. BTW am I using the right scale for a pixel? Or are they usually made bigger?

There is no black and white. People are not black or white, even albinos aren't white. We're all shades of brown, from very light to very dark. And it just depends on hereditary traits and where your ancestors lived and adapted to. Race is an invention by man, just as the stereotypes of black and white are.

I think it extends further than political correctness though. It's always the most liberal countries that make corporal punishment illegal (Sweden, for instance). It was meant to be sarcastic :P I knew it! :P Yea, my brother got horrible grades in school, and my parents banned him from Runescape, and the computer. I was suppose to watch him, keep him off the computer (for $20 =P~), but they became too leanint because of him, and let him back on the computer, dispite his grades. The only thing I feel bad for, is I can basically convince my parents to buy me anything off the internet, I usually tell them I need it, I actually do, but half of me just wants it for myself.
