  1. I left my phone out in the rain once. Didnt work to well after ward :wall:
  2. Thats awesome I really wish I lived near a mountain  . Oh yeah. It got really cold here today in Chicago and it actually snowed! We got about an inch, maybe. For like 5 minutes it was coming down so hard you would have thought it was a blizzard lol. But its kinda strange having snow before Halloween because we usually dont get our first snow until mid-late November. Even though I don't really mind the snow, I mind the bitter cold temperatures and the brutal winds. I also had to play a soccer game today in 30 degree weather. That is not very fun...
  3. Yeah according to this Antares is like 1/trillionth of a pixel.
  4. Sounds interesting! Oh and I respect skiers and skiing itself. I too at the age of about 6 or 7 skied and then at about age 10 or 11 I tried snowboarding. I've loved it ever since! Skiing is cool though so I dont hate it, just dont do it anymore :). Oh and school programs are a great way to go because it gets you motivated to actually go to a hill and you get a great group/school discount! Well, at least our school does  . If you have not tried before it is definatley something to try.
  5. My brother got a Nintendo DS with a single blue pixel in the middle of the screen!
  6. Yeah it's really a good thing to try :). I don't know how old you are but when your an adult you should take your kids snowboarding and skiing. Both you and they will like it. Oh and snow is increasingly getting worse here around chicago due to "Global Warming Effects". Waste of time... how so? And I know what you mean by hoon culture (long hair, skummy, skuzzy, failure, druggy) but you have to realize not even 1/4 of the people that snowboard are like this. I personally am the complete opposite. I have short hair, get pretty good grades, and I have never done drugs or drank a beer. Even though I am only 15, so what. Just don't stereotype people when you have never done it, expecially if you think it is a waste of time, or even never have been to a hill to see what it's like.
  7. Well, snowboarding season is almost here, and I for one am totally pumped up for snowboarding! I am in a snowboarding club at school that does trips up to small hills around the area. I live in the Chicago Land area so of course there are not many hills. Yes I have been to Colorado before to go Snowboarding. My favorite place I have went to is Winter Park. I would like to know everyone elses view on snowboarding! Maybe tell us about how you got into snowboarding and tell us what kind of equipment you have. My Snowboard Burton Blunt(2005 or 2006 Model Snowboard) Post away.
  8. Hi I would like to enter Username: B1ack B0x I am F2P. Thanks, Honeo

On your license it says your eye color. So when police look at your ID to identify you they can look at your eye color in the picture, on the license(actual text), and then look at you! But on-topic: I only have my learners permit. About a month before I started divers ed the amount of hours you needed to have driving with a parent before getting your actual license was 25 hours. But a month before I started Drivers Ed. they changed the amount of hours you need to get your license from 25 to 50 hours. I am so mad :wall: . But w/e. Shouldnt take to long.
  11. Could this be the new game everyone is talking about? I heard someone post saying there was no sky in Lumbridge on that picture. Meaning they havn't made one for the new game yet. Maybe. A thought.

I miss old times too. Although I didnt play as long ago as you did. It was still awsome. Did you ever become a citizen of a city? I think that was the best aspect of the game. There was a politicion(sp?) profession where if you got high enough exp you could be a mayor of your own city. I joined up with a city called Freedom Forge. Nice little city where we had meetings and you could just walk around town and hang out with people. The online community was just one of the aspects of the game. Along with combat, hunting, teaming, it was awsome  . I also had a house in this city. It was a little messy but it was cool :P Actually when I first started playing I lived in a player city. But after awhile I realized it was just easier to set up house near theed and go to the cantina there. Theed was my locale. lol. really most player cities didn't have very many people visiting the cantinas so I never got much business that way anyways. But yeh, like I said I had lived in a few cities. I loved being able to have a house and decorate it! That was one of my favorite things to do. I collected a ton of paintings and displayed them all over my house. I loved my House. it was the medium house. the large ones I never cared for...too big for my taste, and the littles ones I only used for storage. :P lol Yeah the large houses were so big like mansions. I got lost in one once lol. I had a small house but still loved it :P. We just hung out in our cantina. The town/guild hall we only used once. That was for elections/politic exp. But the cantinas always had someone dancing and we just hung, got our mind up, and talked.

  14. Halo 2 on Legendary. It takes a while to get the hang of. To beat the whole game Grand Turismo (the newest one). Trust me it will take you a very long time. To beat the whole game.

I played it for a while but then they changed the Combat System. Eww... ewww! They ruined the game in my opinion. I was a Commando/Creature Handler/Other stuff. None of this level crap was involved. I had a factory making only fireworks  FTW!! Hah. Well I'm glad you enjoy playing. Oh and btw I played on the TEMPEST server. EDIT: I just looked at the website, for old times sake. OMG THEY GOT RID OF CREATURE HANDLING!! Or is it a sub-profession? I dunno... I loved riding around my little creatures! I loved by Nunca to :). I have to say this is nice.. A reward for playing for 3 years. Private Shuttle Travel Vehicle. Totally sweet!
  16. Yesterday I found a Guthix Skirt. World 1. I bought it for 81k and resold it in the North? side of varrock west bank.
  17. They do care. Just not as much as members. :wall: Also. Sorry to crush your thread but this WILL NEVER HAPPEN. If they are refusing to give F2P more bank space I doubt they will transfer a WHOLE members skill over to F2P. Part of the skill? Maybe?
  18. As long as my grades are good. I can play whenever I want. It is possible to play runescape and be a good athlete. I play runescape quite a bit but also am a good athlete. But my parents think its a waste of time.

Noob is just another word UNEDUCATED people say when they cant come back with justified things to say. Got called a noob for: -Not fighting a level 56 with 80 range and 81 magic. -Not dueling a level 36 -Having 1 Defense on my pure -Having 50 Range -Have 62 Strength
  20. I dont see why you guys think that there is an update EXPECTED today. Or even this week at all. Jagex can release updates whenever they feel like it. They dont have to give in to us people that complain about the update coming a few days late..
  21. It could be combat level advantage? I doubt it but you can wonder
  22. You just HAD to say that... Anyway... Good luck on 99 fishing and 99 cooking! 99 Fishing will be an awsome goal to complete in the end.

Ive heard WOW is one of the most addicting games ever. I like runescape better because its 5 bucks a month, rather than 15. And ill need to drop alot of money on a better video card to play it. WoW is the most addicting game ever. Personally I have never played it. But people that have used the 10 Day Free Trial have been addicted instantly. I have known people that have gone from top players in Counter Strike to WoW users in just 5 days. Lets compare. Runescape: -Graphics (5/10)(because they use JAVA) -Gameplay Experience (8/10) -Difficulty (9/10) -Enjoyment (8/10) -Update Intervals (10/10) -Amount of Players (9/10) World of Warcraft -Graphics (8/10) Gameplay Experience (8/10) Diffictuly (6/10) Enjoyment (8/10) Update Intervals (6/10) Amount of Player (8/10) So Runescape and WoW are pretty much the same. In my POV.
  24. I love Highschool. Why? 1. Fun parties 2. Football games 3. So many people to hang with 4. Freedom Only downside? Spanish.

Why would they update the graphics if they are making a whole new game? (Im not singling out you, I have seen a lot of posts with this comment.) Well I can think of three reasons. 1. It needed to be updated. 2. Who said they were shutting down RuneScape? 3. To make people not suspect they are making a whole new game. I second that. I believe they may try a whole new approach. Something they have not done before. Since in the job requests for making the new game has required a broad array of programming skills. It could be anything. I personally think they are going to take a client approach. They can't fit a much bigger game on a server to be running 24/7 off the web and over 80k people playing simontaniously(sp?) at the same time!
