There are two scenarios. Any girl that plays video games can be called a "Gamer Girl." 1. A girl is hanging out with the guys and just wants to learn how to play video games. Just be on of the guys for a bit, there is nothing wrong with that. The guys teach her to play, she usually is not that great on the first time shes tries, but it's not like she makes it a daily habit to play video games. 2. Then there are the girls that play video games daily. I am talking about Halo, Doom, GOW, COD, etc. These are the ones that really enjoy playing video games. They play on a daily basis and like to play them. Most girls like this I have seen actually own at video games. Maybe because they think better than guys. :ohnoes: Also, I do not have a problem with girls playing video games.

Hand eye coordination is my main thing aswell. Maybe that's why I am so good with the sniper on FPS games. :-k

And you can't do that with soccer? America doesn't focus on Soccer because there is other, more entertaining sports like Baseball and Football. Soccer is boring to watch(it's kinda fun if you play a serious game). Just a bunch of guys running back and forth kicking a ball around. In the main sports in America (Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey), there is action. Not the same thing happening over and over again. The only soccer that I watch is the World Cup. Baseball? Entertaining? Soccer - Just a bunch of guys running back and forth kicking a ball around. Right. Because soccer doesnt take any skill? I can say what you say about any other sport. Baseball - Just a bunch of guys hitting balls and touching bases. Oh, you might have to stick out your mit to catch a ball, then throw it. Football - Just a bunch of guys running around waiting for a ball to be thrown to them. And on defense you push some guys around. I can do that to my brother. Basketball - Just a bunch of guys drippling a ball, maybe taking a shot at a circular rim. Exciting. Hockey - Well, I do like hockey. Every sport is just "A bunch of guys" doing something. here's another hint: scientists don't research and use give thier knowledge away for free. who do you think pays them? thats right, they are being paid by people with political intrests. conservative parties pay scientists big money to invest all thier time and research into proving that global warming doesnt exist, and liberal parties pay different scientists to prove that the opposite is true. now the fact that global emissions exist is impossible to deny. but the theory that these "bad" emissions are the sole cause of the warming of the earth is just that, a theory. look at the history of the earth, even before mankind existed, the earth went through several temperature cycles, there have been several ice ages as well as several periods of warmth. i love how people think that just because al gore made a movie, he is an expert on anything. he's still just a lowlife politician. I've never seen Al Gore's movie and I don't really care about it. Tell me: What does someone have to gain by spreading the truth about Co2 out-put being bad for Earth? Oil companies can't sell oil anymore? And? Then what? It's not like Al Gore is a Hydrogen Technology tycoon paying off these scientists. It's pretty simple. If you know anything about science, you can make the connections and say our oil consumption is surely hurting the world. It's getting so much attention because all the ice-caps in the world are freakin' disappearing completely. We've never had this happen before in recorded history, and using simple logic, it's obviously our fault. Does Earth naturally go through this process? Yes, but we're also helping induce it very greatly. Like I said - simple logic. Co2 = heat trapped inside the Earth. When we pump a billion metric tons of Co2 into sky on a daily basis, we can't really just say "Isn't our fault!" now can we? I agree with tigra on both accounts. As for those doubters out there - A website even kids could understand. Theres even a link to all sorts of games, try the climate change knowlege test. But why do you need an excuse, in this case - the day, to do that? Why not just do it spontaniously? I prefer not to see what's coming, if I know when i'm going to get something, I generally guess what i'm going to guess. And then when I find i'm right, the "magic" of that day is gone. I expect he's basing his opinions on ~15 year olds. I know my age group is stupidly like that. If you told a girl here you loved them, they'd shrug it off and leave. But give them a gift, something simple like a teddy, and they'll probably squeal like a little girl and not stop kissing you. Which is why I don't believe "true love" can happen before you leave school. College/University is different, girls who go there are generally smart and mature. There's a difference between caring for someone and wanting someone. Sure, spontaneous gifts and acts of love are great! But, all I'm saying is that one day where people give gifts to their girlfriends/boyfriends isn't terrible. We all need a day to remember how wonderful our girlfriends/boyfriends are! : +1. I want to do something that will make my Girlfriend feel loved and different. Do something out of the ordinary, something no one else in the school is doing except for me. This is just one day out of the year where you can love your girl/guy an extra special amount and do something for them you would not do on a daily basis. Global warming is fake? Show me where you have come upon this interesting fact :roll: . Al Gore is a freak because he believes that Global Warming exists. Right. Show me some proof that Global Warming does not exist please. k, ty Also, I have seen proof that an El Nino is causing the weather patterns and not Global Warming. On another note. The temperatures around here have dropped to 30 degrees or below. This is very good. I hear this week or next week we are supposed to start getting more snow. This is very good news. =D>

Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. Somethimes SS makes my computer lag a lot, so I don't use it. But when it does not lag my computer I use it. Like the other guy said on the first page. Third-Party Clients have so many features that are so useful. They have the high-score look-up, all the calculators right there, and a world switcher. These are very useful toals. Expecially when you are pking or staking and you need to look someone up real fast, but you don't want to switch tabs to access the high-scores page on RuneScape. There are negatives, but on the contrary, there are tons of positives.

One level 3 is the treated the same as One level 126. A player is a player. (Members are favored though. But because they pay monthly, of course. :P ) Just the matter of the fact is, there are more lower leveled players. So Jagex tries to gear the quests/minigames towards lower levels. Mainly so they will keep playing, and one day become a high level player :). Also, skill capes just came out. And every skill that is created can be geared towards low and high levels. Not just one "class." (Low levels being the lower classed and high levels being the higher classed.) Jagex is not "classist", no matter how much you think they are.

It's like redirecting miniclip/addictinggames/flashplayer all to RuneScape! If Jagex sells the game, that will be the downfall of RuneScape my friends. This one is hitting the Midwest very hard. We have had them in the past, but they never greatly effected the Midwest. Don't get me wrong, global warming is a serious problem that effects many people, but you need to remember weather changes. In my opinion, it just isn't the cause of the higher temperatures in the Midwest. PS: I ski, so I know how you feel. That kinda makes sense. But an El Nino is an ocean thing. And we don't live very close to an ocean. And the rest of the United States I believe have had good temperatures. Like take Colorado, they still have been getting heaps of snow.

Have you guys seen the "Y tu Brute?" video clip they made? It explains how they made the Brute more powerful and actually acts interesting to fight and more intelligent. They also show real live gameplay! It is so pretty sweet. But to me, it looks like the SMG is going to stay the same :(.

This may sound "nerdy" or "rediculous", but this is how I really feel. The main reason I hate Global Warming? No snow to go snowboarding on! Intro: I live in the mid-west. We have always had cold, snowy winters, every year. 4/5 christmas's we would have snow on the ground. But this year? We had 50 degrees with thunder storms :/. It is January 5th. I had a break on the job today and I actually had to roll up my sleeves (when I was outside!) because I was hot. I was just sitting down eating chips too, so no hard labor. We had one 1 1/2 foot snow on December 5th? I forget. But the rest of the winter has been 40 degree weather with rain! This is outragous. I love snowboarding... How can I snowboard without snow. Problem: Of course. Global Warming is not good, eventually, it is supposed to cause major flooding due to the melting of ice caps. There are more CO2 emisions being trapped in earths atmosphere. Not a good situation. The guise(sp?) still havnt migrated south yet! They are still flocking behind my house. This is a MAJOR problem. Ice caps are breaking off. Recently, an ice cap the size of 14 football fields broke off. It is supposidly floating in the ocean and may float in the way of shipping paths, making it a huge problem. Conclusion: I really just want to go snowboarding. Me and my buds go snowboarding every winter break, this is the first winter break we didn't go. The reason was, it did not snow. ONCE. I blame Global Warming, as it is rising Global Temperatures and making it less likely to snow. -Honeo
