  1. What a reward, that 0 ranarr weeds!
  2. What'd I do? :P (The quotes messed up my reply for some reason)
  3. I also got to play it once, then tried for the rest of the time to try to get into hoard, but to no avail. Contrary to your opinion, I enjoyed it quite a bit. There is a delicate balance between attacking your enemies and attacking the castle (though I do wish it was just attacking the castle, I guess that would get boring after a while.) The "right" strategy seems to be to use 4 light guys and 6 heavy guys as of now, sending 3 to the walls and having 4 rotate and bring rocks back to the cannon every so often, though you must also guard your light players from attack from other players. Now... I really wish I could try out hoard and rescue.. I had 6 light and 4 heavy, the heavy attacking the wall, and the light guys taking cannonballs, but telling each guy to get one rock at a time was really boring, in my opinion. I personally really want to try out hoard, as it may have different strategies.
  4. How many people actually got a chance to play the siege mode? I know I played a game before it was broken, and it was boring as hell. You could either attack the armies, or try to break the castle. While attacking the castle, the turrets fired at you, so just attacking would kill your units relatively fast. It would only do 20-30 damage a hit, but it was very accurate. However, getting the resources for the catapult was a pain - each click would only bring one resource back - you couldn't tell your units to keep getting ammo, for example - it was micromanaging to the extreme.
  5. I'm hypocritical about certain strategies, for example, camping. It takes the fun out of it. Also to the guy that said bum rushing, thats what I've been doing to try and combat the camping Buy 5 chinchompa bombs. If anyone camps, use all 5 on them. It will severely weaken them.
  6. Light units tend to explore better. Elves tend to get logs. Dwarves tend to get ores. Goblins tend to get seeds.
  7. Points, yes, but no matter what, you get +1 rank per game. I have 350k reward points, and there's really nothing to spend them on at the moment, so all I care about is rank.
  8. Right click the summoning icon and click "Familiar Details." It brings the tab back. I think Jagex should reconsider rejoining the Quest and Achievement Tabs and re-adding the Summoning Tab, it's far more important and is more deserving of the convenience. Whilst also keeping the right click option for the summoning icon, does just left clicking the summoning icon allow you to use the special too, that would be pretty useful too. They actually got the summoning icon almost perfect, aside from removing the tab. Left clicking the icon uses the scroll.
  9. Right click the summoning icon and click "Familiar Details." It brings the tab back.
  10. Er, make that "was." It's broken now.
  11. Seemed to do that to me when I finally got in too, but 3-4 of my friends who tryed it got in and got to play full game, I got a message in world 15 saying I didn't through 10 commands or something. I did unlock hoard though, I'll let you know if any other worlds get confirmed as a woking Siege World World 6 Is a working siege world. World 15 Is a working siege world. World 158 is.
  12. I unlocked Bounty, but unfortunately nobody else did :x
  13. When you set your unit to explore, sometimes they find items, and other such random events. Here's what I found, and I hope others add to the list. These are all on level 1 campaigns. In-game Events Bad Food -5 HP Laziness -10 Discipline Health Potion +5 HP Item Rewards Cabbage Seed Tin Ore Willow Logs 79 Coins
  14. Of those 75 minutes, you only need to play for 5 minutes - the runs themselves.
  15. Why a party? It's just hp. :P
  16. Olly: We don't really care about what players say, but any gold-star posts about policy and such would be nice to see. Any hints of updates are good, too. Thanks, though. :)
  17. O no, now people will have to use the better method of 9 lobsters  This is for the 9-lobster method.
  18. If you lend "Until Logout," the person lending can use the item back on the original player and they get it back in their inventory.
  19. Hm, your the only person I know of right now that got claws faster than me; took me 30 kills. Now try to beat my drop rate of claws every 38 kills (I got 3 in 116 kills). Or beat my rate of a good drop (armour pieces/claws) every 29 kills. :P I got claws kill 3, and 2 pieces in the next 30 kills. ;) (I've gotten 20 kills since then with nothing, but I'm about due for another claws!)
  20. Nice questions, and interesting concept. To all that are whining that there weren't any hints about future updates - grow up. It's the fun questions that they were looking for, and the fun questions that were going to be answered. And after such a positive reaction, they might do it again!
