  1. Of course if you have a Bunyip, the urgent need for crimsons is a little less. Waters are a pain inasmuch as you practically need 68 summoning to go there, but need the crimsons from there to level to 68. With water's there is a great deal of debate as to what the minimum level for them is. Reports range from 80 to as high as 92+ in combat stats (def/str/atk).
  2. There are four types of god followers in there, every god-associated item you wear stops that particular god's followers from automatically attacking you. However if you attack them, they will attack back. When praying range, it is suggested you have the armadyl item, but not wear it, b/c then you will be auto attacked by them, which allows you fight a bit more quickly. Just before prayer runs out, equip the arma item, thus stopping the attacks from them.
  3. When a power training method suggests a range of exp per hour, for example 60-75k per hour; if you train on controlled, you should divide that exp by three to figure how much hours leveling would take. Is that correct?
  4. What would be a high enough def level for abyss law crafting?
  5. if you're considering marentills, b/c of the cost, there's a reason they are so low, its bloody hard to get unihorns in bulk. Tower of Life was the best method, though this new bank box, might make blacks a better option. In total, I might suggest tarromin and ashes for serum 207.
  6. Kry is to pull together a grub stake, that is, a set amount of money that you use to make more money with it. A good low level money maker is to check what items sell low in merchants and in shops, but sell high on the ge. Plantpots, vials, yak hides, sacks of potatoes, all of these are items that you can use to pull togther the cash to start working your way up. Most of the money in runescape comes from resource gathering, rather then finishd goods. Check out tip it, look at the runescape wiki, key is to find somethings a steady income and things will come.
  7. I know they suck :) I'm just fishing for info to see if there's a point where they suck _less_, b/c I am in love with their speed.
  8. I have said kill count, and am willing to pick some up. Also, its not so bad, myself I range trained on them in my mid-40s to 50's levels. It will go quicker then you might think, three or four days at most.
  9. So how reasonable an option are throwing knives or darts when fighting blue dragons? Assuming, bronze or iron knives/darts, at what range level would they be a good weapon?

  11. The suggested min range level for successfully soloing the KBD is?
  12. How does the ease of sale compare between darts, knives, and bolts? Also which sells better, mith bolts or steel arrows?
  13. You could try wearing a funny cape or pants, I'd suggest a funny hat, but since you'd need a water tiara to avoid a horrible painful death, a hat is right out. Also might I suggest bringing a magpie, if you're dumping your inventory of ore, you might want something that forages gems and jewelry. Pie are good for "standing in one spot" open inventory tasks.
  14. Anti poisons and Glories! What I did was, teleport to el carad (sp) then take the gnome glider back and over. If you're dying of poison though, edgeville is a better choice. I also might suggest doing the quest on the agility world of 46, there's a lot of people there, who might be willing to help a fellow out. The final boss, the key is to let him get killed by the gnomes then swoop in for the final shot.
  15. Is 80 Atk/Str/Def with karils high enough level to take on Waterfiends? If not, what is the lowest level combat stats needed to successfully fight them?
  16. So, I keep hearing conflicting reports on Ape Atoll for agility in terms of when one should switch from Wilderness Agility to AAA. As I understand it, below a certain agility level, the Atoll course has such a high fail rate as to making training there a bad idea. I have heard reports ranging from 65 to 70 to even level 75 agility before it become a "good" place to train. What's the min level to switch from Wilderness to Ape with a reasonable rate of success?
  17. I've been looking at Zombie monkey fighting guides and find that people reccomend the dragon boots over bandos and the Neiznot helm over the mitre. Given that the more prayer boost you have, the longer you can stay, I am curious why this is. Is the boost of 5-7 to strength really such as to be worth the lose in prayer boost?
  18. Working on all combat stats to 80 via zombie monkeys under ape atoll. I've reached a point where atk/str/def are all roughly the same level (78). I have 58 summoning and always use a summons while down there. I'm using a whip and rune defender and getting 65k ish exp perh hour. Should I switch over to controlled, or keep leveling atk then str then def?

  20. So I'm down in Zogres, and high enough they are levels aggressive. I was doing decently well then decided to try a Karamthulhu overlord pouch. The thing doesn't seem to want to attack. How do I get this bugger to fight for me, because it just seems to sit here making sarcastic comments. I'm safespoting the zogres, does that have something to do with it?
  21. When using the Oranian(sp) alter, over-time, is it faster exp per hour to bank the runes that are crafted (thus maximizing spaces for pure ess) or to leave the runes in inventory rather then pause to bank each type of rune in the bank before teleporting back to the alter from lunar isle?
  22. Orange are nicely close together, the only real concern is water. if you have humidify or the water tiara I would suggest those over red.
  23. I know that some sites have prayer drain rate calculators, but I'm trying to figure out how much leveling my combat stats with protection prayers will take in term of prayer pots. I have prayer boosting gear of +27 and prayer of 61. I roughly estimate it will take 25 hours of in-combat game time. Any ideas how many prayer pots that would be?

  25. Currently sitting at 72 ranged, with rune x-bow and broad bolts. What level is a good min level for rapid profitable blue dragon hunting in the ogre enclave?
