I just did legends and now have access to the training basement with the Shadow Warriors. Since there is a fence, would you suggest them as a possible ranger trainer? How are they on melee training? Finally, it mentions that they are droppers of dragon squire halves--how often or common a drop are they?

The tricky part I've found is that on Grex, the maple market is so saturated that prices will probably drop bellow MTK costs for maples. Honestly, I would keep the money in, but not collect anything till the markets stabilize

I'm at level 87 Attack 71 Defence 70 Strength 70 Hitpoints 71 Ranged 62 Prayer 53 Magic 71 My typical load out is Nieznot helm, god cape, glory, rune plate, d skirt, rune gloves/boots, whip and rune kite. I have access to proselete and white armor, Dragon hally / ddp++, and guthix/sara books. I hear that Nezickchened can be beaten if you drink ppots after his first prayer drain; but Barrelchest drains with every hit. Any advice would be very happily received.

I just got assign a load of jellies for slayer. The guides suggest using dragonhide rather then plate. In terms of shield, should I use my rune kite or a mind shield. Which will provide more protection?

Exactly, the primary demographic of players are currently in classes right now. At the very least, we should wait 72 hours before we hammer the nails into the coffin of GrEx. If do have one complaint, its that by being unable to browse/set prices we cannot see where potential markets lie. For example, grapes and limestone are below shop price. Both are markets that could be big if the bottleneck of limited bulk supply could be overcome.

Does the exp for a Guthix Balance pot, stack on top of the stat restore, or does the GB exp include the previously made stat restore?

I had a quick thought about farming and exp, can the lunar magics spell Fertile Soil be used in skill share? If it can, it might be an interesting way to level magic

I do not quibble with Qeltar's argument. The cap they set was arbitrarily low and there are much better methods for dealing with real world trading. While FooK-A-Ji found it tasteless, I am more reacting from a strictly rhetorical standpoint. Pulling out 9/11 as an example weakens the argument. That event is such a powerful and polarizing event in American culture. It is an event, which has been spun by many groups to so many ends that it is losing its power as a valid example. It is an example that should be used very very very sparingly. Qelter I respect you, but you lost me at 9/11.

I would have to agree with this. That event is such a big thing, that mentioning it as a part of a debate, is very close to Godwin's law territory.

At this point maple and flax prices are in the toilet, and selling in bulk is tricky. Right now it is a real buyer's market for maples/flax and you would be lucky to get 80 for flax and 56 for maples. The people that do buy maples know what the prices on MTK are and are squeezing the market in that direction. That being said, tree seeds are valuable and nests are getting a bump b/c of skill share (more people can now use nests for sara brews). With flax, spinning to bs is about the only way to make profit or setting it to a trickle of flax then using it for your own fletching needs. Mostly I think people are waiting to see what the GrEx will do to prices.

Also kelp from the pirate section of recipe for disaster yields a large amount fairly quickly.

Yaks, all the way (or slayer monsters, to double dip exp) Yaks are close to a bank, uncrowded due to quest requirements, and respawn quickly. The drops are good crafting exp, though picking up the drops can slow you down.

Anyone have a rough idea of the amount of iron darts it would take to get from 60-70 range? I know an exact number isn't possible, but a ballpark figure of how many darts would be needed would be nice. Thanks!

I might suggest doing the ZMI alter on world 70, depending on your level it can be decently--if not incredibly profitable.

I honestly think SBrews could go lower. After all Toadflax and nests aren't too hard to get, and with skill share there can be more brews on the market easily.

fletching/arrows method works quite well. Also of use is either yourself or a friend bring leather or hides to craft on the island to make you some protection. Looking at your mage, I think arrows would be a better option.

wildy isn't quite as boring as you think, you should really consider it, the exp per hour is excellent.

So I really want to do regicide and my agility is the minumum level 56. Pots would give me one or two more levels, would that be enough; or would the failure rate be so high that waiting to 60 agility would be a smarter option? Is the bare minumum level enough to do it?

I agree this is the most likely outcome of the new Grex system. The only X factor I see, is my previously mentioned "small quantities" issue. If its as easy to buy small quantities from many skillers, as buying from one big quantity from one merchant; I could see problems for the merchants. On the other hand, many from small could be another nail in the autoer coffin.

Although Pixillated Imaginary Paper Hats would be good name for an indie punk band...
