I like how your sigs always meaning behind them. I like this one, and the meaning behind it is really cool. Only "artistic" criticism I can give would be to make it a bit smaller. If a sig don't have a lot of stuff going on in it, don't make it big. And since this one is very "minimalistic", it would look better if it was at, perhaps, 300x120-130px wide and high. The eyes would be more in-focus as well. Other than that, good job!

I can't speak for all black metal bands, but Enslavement Of Beauty don't have those growly vocals. If they had, I wouldn't be listening to them. They have a more throathy approach. Very good. "Megalomania" is supposed to be their best album, so if you're getting one, I'd advice getting that.

You should try Enslavement Of Beauty for the black metal. They're apparently melodic black metal or something (and if anybody replies trying to correct me saying "no lol their hxc orcestral deathcore metla" I will take off my (virtual) shoe and (virtually) beat you with it.) Children of Bodom, Opeth, Hypocrisy, Norther and In Flames are also pretty good. I'm guessing they're all a bit death metal-y. As for thrash, try Pantera, (early) Megadeth and Overkill. "Original metal", whatever that is, try Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Tool etc. I also suggest that you check out Rush. They're more rock-y though, but pretty awesome.

Deep Purple - Lazy (from the Live in Japan album from 1972) ^ Good reason to pick up guitarplaying. That, or Highway Star from the same album.

Dave was also in a Drew Carrey Show episode, where he's auditioning as a guitarist for a show Drew will appear at. *Dave begins shredding a solo* "Hey dude, take it easy! You don't have to be nervous!" "It's supposed to sound like that." "Sure. NEXT!" Dave also starred as the arsonist villain in a Black-Scorpion episode. Damn that episode is hilarious. :D

Yeah I like them. Saw them live last year; great show. Rust In Peace and Countdown To Extinction are nothing short of masterpieces.

I personally can't stand Red Hot Chili Peppers. Some more bands I'd like to add: Dream Theater, Tool, Rush (they count as American right? They're from Canada) and Megadeth.

I'd love to donate money -- but since I'm not 18 yet, I can't do that sort of things yet. And I'm not sure how comfortable my parents would be doing it either. I'll talk to them about it though, and if they say no, I have two bigger sisters I can ask. :) This is extremely cool of you, btw.

Took me one day to complete the game. :P But imo, it's a good game, definitely better than its predecessors. It's not great, but it's a step in the right direction. The gameplay is really smooth and overall good. The story is alright. She's got some nice moves as well (jump at an enemy, and if you're lucky, you go into slow-mo; jump on the enemy's head, commence a backflip and fill said enemy with lead.) Some of the locations are nice as well (Japan and Nepal especially). However, there isn't enough tomb-running (doesn't really live up its name), and the bosses are really boring and tiresome, imo. Most of them are just annoying as hell. I wish they would have spent more effort into this aspect, or just removed them completely. The ending also screams "SEQUEL!!", but unlike the other Tomb Raider games, I'll look forward to this one. As long as she keeps the grapple! Which is neat.

The Boys Are Back In Town is a brilliant song, especially the lyrics... however, it's very overplayed. I still love it though. I also like Angel Of Death, Got To Give It Up, This Is The One, Cold Sweat, Get Out Of Here, Don't Believe A Word, Waiting For An Alibi, Dancing In The Moonlight, Soldier Of Fortune, Black Rose etc. I like most of their songs. :P

Right now? Ted Nugent - Painkiller. From the Little Miss Dangerous album. Such a great song.

I'm a big fan of Thin Lizzy and Ted Nugent. I also really like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath etc. Ted Nugent? Any one? He's great.

Why do you hate it though? Have you played any of the games? Because if you haven't played it, and if it's the whole anime thing you hate, that's a bad reason. :P I generally dislike anime, but in the FF games, you just ignore all that. The story, music, graphics, characters etc. in the games are really awesome (at least the ones I've played). Especially the music. However, if you have played the games (at least one of them, beginning to end) and yet you hate it, fair enough, but if you haven't, I strongly advice you to... knowing you at least used to be a big gamer, I think you'd enjoy 'em.

Hm, I guess I'm still totally missing the point. I also like the fact that you're making it sound like it was a big tragedy which hit the "artist" community here, when it really wasn't. I applaud the admins for banning 'sig-selling' (yes, I know I first found it silly, but later it made total sense). Also, how is "Media Discussion" and "The Gallery" any different? I mean, in essence, both names are practically the same, as they're both referring to "media", and that this is the place to either discuss it, or post your pieces. The admins and mods made it very clear that selling signatures was against the rules: three announcements as well as changing the 'Media Market' description and locking the forum, and if people still, after that, make threads under Media Discussion saying the they are buying/selling a sig - then how can a few extra announcements change that? Since they are clearly not reading the announcements in the first place.

Without an ounce of sarcasm, I'm thoroughly interested and curious what exactly has changed; other than going through a name change, and a very mediocre one at that. This board has never been "for signatures only." People have always posted wallpapers, indy art, clan logos and discussed graphics in general here. So announcing that like it's huge news was a pretty superfluous announcement - since, well, everybody who's been here for more than one day already knew it - and, perhaps, even a tiny bit ignorant. My point is, these "news" hardly deserved to be made into announcements, since there's nothing new about them. I also wonder why this made it into Announcements, and not the release of the "The Tailor Shop" forum. I think that was way more interesting, and I don't even play Runescape.

Off the top of my head, The 'Spirit Of The Wild' solo by Ted Nugent. Without a doubt one of my favourite solos, but it's a tad short.
