Except most of those aren't rock, let alone classic rock.

Thin Lizzy.

I'm rarely hungry in the morning. I usually skip breakfast. If I ever get hungry in school, I just buy a baguette and some juice. Because I see no point trying to squeeze down a pesky cheese sandwhich, when you're not hungry in the first place... and honestly, how much food is a dried up french toast? My stomach rumbles just as much before lunch as it would if I had skipped it. All it does is taking up valuable showering-time.

If you don't care, don't post. It's just spam if you don't want to contribute to the conversation. Stereotypically, emo music is supposed to be depressing but not all of it is. And appearently you've only listened to 'Welcome To The Black Parade' because some of the songs on the album, 'The Black Parade', are pretty depressing. 'Mama' is about how we all die and are all going to hell. 'Cancer' is about dieing from cancer (you probably could have figured that out on your own :P). How is it spam? The topic was about the song or the album "The Black Parade", and I commented on the song. Just because a part my post had a rhetorical question in it, does not make my post spam, and just because you did not like what I said about the song, does not make my post spam. And in all fairness, you're not exactly a person that should comment on whether other peoples' posts are spam or not.

What makes you think these people weren't blondes already? :wall:
-
What's even worse is that a lot of these people also decide to dye their hair blonde. And by blonde, I mean white. So as you probably can imagine, they end up looking quite humorous - except at this point, they think they look extremely attractive and lurvely, and all their friends do as well, so they decide to do the same thing. What ever happened to moderation...

I don't get why people go to solariums. It's sort of a fashion thing over here... and I just never understood the point of it, since it looks fake. Also, a lot of people over-do it and they end up looking like crap. Excuse the pun.

I think this was probably the first MCR song I've heard, and I was surprised because to me it just sounded like ordinary ska? Minus the trumpets. Isn't "emo" supposed to be depressing? Sounded pretty upbeat to me... Anyway, and since I really don't find anything appealing about ska, this just isn't good music to me. Oh yeah, don't waste your time answering my questions, because honestly... I don't care.

Dire Straits - Money For Nothing. Another one of those songs I'll never get tired of.

"ÃÆÃââââ¬Ã¦h fan" or "kalas" They're not exactly favourite words, but I do tend to say them quite a lot. And no, I can't translate them, as there are no english phrases or words that even come close to having the same 'twang. If I was to pick my favourite word, it would probably be "lajbans". I need to say that more often.

Just ordered: Ted Nugent's "Cat Scratch Fever" Iron Maiden's "A Matter Of Life And Death" Pantera's "Cowboys From Hell" Thin Lizzy's "Thunder And Lightning"

Happy birthday. :D Mine's tomorrow. Turning 18 ftw.

A new computer and maybe a new amp - rest goes into my bank account. Now if I was really stupid, I'd spend it on a GIBSON SIGNATURE Zakk Wylde Camo Les Paul. ... or Skittles.

No.

Thin Lizzy? A lot of their songs were based on old irish folk music. Edit: There's also The Dubliners.

Actually, that should be "Jag tyckEr OM Petter!" ;) [/postcount +1]

Right, I'm not really a fan of any of these bands/artists, but they sing in Swedish... so: - Lars WinnerbÃÆÃâÃâäck - acoustic-rock pop. - Kent - god knows what this is... melancholic rock? - HÃÆÃâÃâÃÂ¥kan HellstrÃÆÃâÃâöm - pop. - Timbuktu - hiphop. - Ebba GrÃÆÃâÃâön - 80's punk. - ThÃÆÃâÃâÃÂ¥strÃÆÃâÃâöm - 80's punk. - Hel - some sort of melodic viking metal. - Petter - hiphop. - Laleh - only some of her stuff is in swedish - pretty alright, it's some sort of singer-songwriter-indie-pop. - Elin Sigvardsson - once again, only some of her stuff is in swedish - also singer-songwriter... my sister also goes to a course together with her. I hope this helped. I generally don't listen to swedish music, so I can only list the most "mainstream" ones. As in, the ones you hear on the radio. We also have the schlager-type music like Carola etc., however, judging by your previous signature, you're already familiar with them, so no need for me to mention them.

Would help to know what kind of music you like.

Lead vocals: John Kay. Rhythm/Lead guitar: Scott Gorham. Backing vocals/Lead guitar: Gary Moore. Bassist: Geddy Lee. Drums: John Bonham. Gotta love twin guitars.

Christian blackmetal? Wouldn't that be a paradox? Since blackmetal is (generally) totally against religion. Correct me if I'm wrong though, since I don't listen to that sort of metal (much).

... Die. Nothing wrong with being secure in your manhood! On topic: yeah, I thought he was a girl for quite some time.

I think I just fixed the problem. Just had to turn the "MIC" knob back a bit. It actually sounds very, very good right now. Heck of a lot more treble and "punch", like I wanted. So yeah, I'm definitely not questioning the quality of the pickup any more. @Verminox: Yes the wiring was undoubtedly correct. I had it wired by a guy that has been doing that kind of stuff since he was 10 years old. He's now a bit over 40. @Lateralus: Yep. That would probably have been the wisest decision, considering the cost of the pickup. However, I was completely certain I had a good enough amp for it. Also, if I was to get an amp right now, it would probably be a Marshall or an amp of similar quality -- and heck, they cost more than my guitar cost me. I also don't like to wait for things like this. So yeah, stupidity + impatience... I still don't regret buying it though. I'm loving the sound of it, and hey, now I can focus on saving money for a better amp...

Wow, that's insane! Thanks for posting this.
