I'm seeing Heaven & Hell in June. So both I suppose?

Smeg, I forgot your Eu! I might join you, what did you say your class was? It would be good to roll something that compliments it (if I ever get to your level >.<) Haha, that'd be sweet. My main is a 62 rogue. However, I am sorta holding that one on ice for the time being, in case my paladin friend is joining us. He is level 60 with that one, and we figured it'd be cool to run instances together. So, I'm mainly playing on my mage right now, currently level 15. If you decide to roll one on SH, however, then my rogue's name is Azvareth (shocker), and my mage's name is Scrivs. Choice of class? I'll leave that decision for you to take. :P biox, oh [cabbage]. My apologies, my bad. I can't whine at you for not quoting his post either, since I find myself forgetting/not bothering with that stuff most of the time, as well. My post also came off harsher than intended (but to my paltry defence I do have a bit of a pet peeve with condescending remarks -- being aimed at me, that is). Eh... I'll go to bed now.

And well, with my previous post in mind, and me being European myself, would it not be a bit silly of me, would I have adressed you non-Europeans? Since, you know, we can't play together. More TIF'ers need to roll an alliance character on Shattered Hand. All my old friends have quit. There's only two rl friends active at the moment... and another one who might migrate there with his paladin (on the condition that we all contribute with 1/4 of the migration fee... stingy bugger). It's lonely!

You do know that grinding mobs is the most joykilling way to level in WoW, right? This isn't Runescape mate; do quests, run instances. You're level 21? Quest in Lakeshire and Duskwood. Run Deadmines.

Wasn't the shooter reported dead? On another forum a guy whose brother were there posted a chatlog from a conversation with him. The shooter apparently just came into his classroom and started shooting at people laying on the ground. He then went outside the classroom, and the brother and another person got up and held the door shut. The other person was shot in the arm when the shooter attempted to shoot through the door. Jesus [bleep]ing christ. I'm also amazed at the fact that the school wasn't evacuated straight after the first shooting. There were two freaking hours between that shooting and the second one. Again, I'm speechless.

So wait, it wasn't done on your first try? As in, she killed you two the first, second, third and fourth time, but on your fifth, you got her? And yes, yes and yes. There are few things more frustrating as a spellcaster when a dual-wield player gets within melee range. Either way, yeah, it's still a nice accomplishment. If anything, it gives you bragging rights. Well, bragging rights within the WoW community anyway. Much like me owning 2 level 60 hordes when I was level 56 with my human rogue. 8-)

Dude, she either Ebay'd that account or she completely fails at playing a priest. You say that you just stunlocked her? At level 40 as a rogue, you can first stunlock the person for 4 seconds with Cheap Shot, which gives 2 combo points + 2x Sinister Strike = 4 combo points. At this point she is no longer stunlocked, so you pull a Kidney Shot here: stunned for 4 seconds. Then what? Gouge? Blind? And this example is purely if you wanted to stunlock her. This example causes absolutely no damage at all on a 70 player. Granted, if you've specced Assassination and Mutilate, you deal a bit more damage and get +5 combat points up in a matter of seconds. But still, there's a 20 sec cooldown on Kidney shot, so you're screwed anyway. :P I've only played a priest to level 18 - but seriously, at level 70, she could do like... one Smite on each of you and you'd be dead, or why bother with that? Simply DoT'ing you would be enough. In either case, she should promptly delete her priest. I know I would if I got my [wagon] handed to me by two level 40 hordes. :P

I'd have to say Rush's "Leave That Thing Alone" and also Killer's "Ad Temps Vitae" - a five minute long kickass guitar solo; it's pretty brilliant. Also most of Satriani's work is worth to give a listen.

I mean, except for the warrior set, none of those look very t6-like; or rather, how I think t6 sets should look like. It's only the best freaking set in the game at this point, so make that show for christ sakes. And god forbid we rogues get any sets that look remotely rogue-like, except for t1 and t2, they all look like random instance loot to me. More hoods with glowing eyes, I say! But yeah, like you said, it's not like I'll ever have to worry about wearing any of this. :P

Is it just me or do all of those look incredibly silly? Save for the warrior and priest set, they look badass. The shaman set looks pretty cool as well.

Oh right. Well I guess that could be true, considering my mage friend said he had specced fire as well... up until level 60 basically. :P He basically advised me to spec frost in a "yeah, it's probably good" kind of way. And yes, it is the AoE farm/grinding ability I want to have. :P Fire up to 40 it is! Thanks.

That's awesome!! :D Bubsa, I haven't reached level 10 yet (currently level 8 :P) but I plan on speccing frost. My 70 mage friend advised me to... and it sounds fun. Maybe a frost/fire hybrid? Eh. I'll just play around and go with what I enjoy the most. I'll start with frost though.

Yeah you can get the US version, but expect your latency to shoot through the roof. My friend from the US sent Blizzard a mail about this (he wanted to play on my server), and that ^ was basically their response. It can be done, but they advice against it. You can always roll one on Shattered Hand (my server) -- but as far as I know, I'm the only TIF'er who play there. Chris used to, but I haven't seen him there for a long time. I think he's deleted his char... Oh yeah, I just made a human mage... and man, they're fun as hell to play as (so far). The Conjure Water/Food will be a huuge gold saver in the future, considering I spend around 20-30g each time I buy food on my 62 rogue. Also the fact that you can sheep while in combat is awesome! I can't wait for Blink and some AoE-spell goodness.

Tetris. Can't say that only lasts a short time, I have been playing it since I was 5 (20 now) pretty steadily. Sure I can. I've never been a big fan of tetris. :P

"Retro" games only last for a very, very short time for me. They're fun things to get back into once in a while, but I easily grow tired of them. I prefer modern.

Well, the Sonic games are a given. Also, Sunset Riders (great game), The Lion King, Aladdin, The Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse and... those are the ones I can remember from the top of my head. I haven't touched my Sega in at least 10 years.

I know exactly what you mean. I cringe every time I read my real early posts. Hah, I think everyone feels the same about their old self. Yes, this. Is it weird that I remember the exact date I registered? 13 September, 2002. I had, however, been lurking the forums 2-3 months prior (granted, I only browsed the market boards). I think I have must have joined right after they had changed to Scapeboard. The main things I remember from back then was that you could still access the old forums (where everybody had huge signatures), I also remember the posts rsn_Lead made on a regular basis about things that had recently happened to him (like how his girlfriend almost drove them off a cliff). Real-life pictures were allowed to be posted -- I also remember how the Media Board used to be an awesome section of the forums. Oh, and Mercifull's christmas sig.
