Literally anything that catches my interest. But mostly hard rock and metal. Also some cheesy acoustic tunes from various powermetal and rock bands, as well as bluesy stuff such as ZZ Top and Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Graduated two days ago. Graduating from high school in Sweden can be compared to the college/university graduation in the US/UK. It's a huge thing. Was an amazing yet sad experience. Met a bunch of relatives and people I haven't seen for years at my reception, got lots of presents (an acoustic guitar among other things, woop woop) while saying goodbye to schoolmates that I'll probably never see again. And in the late evening we all headed out and got plastered. Great fun. I also got an A in English C (toughest english course we got - it is an optional course). I believe going from F to an A in less than a week (loong story) gives me the right to brag a little. :P

Judas Priest - The Sentinel. Mmm, gets the adrenaline pumpin'.

Christ, how I have underestimated warlocks. Just did Durnholde (for Black Morass prequest) and our warlock (not especially well-geared either) had insane damage output. Me and him would pretty much kill a 67 elite mob in the blink of an eye (when my mutilate crit'd, that is). It was great. :D Oh, and I've completed Karazhan prequest now. Time to gear up... and find a guild.

She's better-looking as a blonde. That's about the only positive thing I can say about her.

For the short cast-time probably. My 70 mage friend still has his rank 1 frostbolt hotkeyed.

Oh yeah, my bad. I used to play on that server, and a bunch of friends still do, so I recognised the name "Mythic", but couldn't remember seeing any (progressing) guilds with that name on Shattered Hand. And grats on the cape. :)
-
are u on shattered halls? did mythic have anything to do with that? Mythic? Nah. It was mainly people from "Who", "Order of The Hammer", "Senseless", ex "Angeli Della Morte" members etc. Who are "Mythic"? Never heard of them and they don't appear in Shattered Hand's Wowwiki article.

Hehe, me and a rl mate just did a "drunken MC run" with some 13~ random players from my server. Everybody was more or less plastered (one of them was on speed), especially the maintank. :P But most of them came from guilds that raid SSC and Magtheridon on a daily basis so they didn't exactly die easy. We stormed through the instance to the first boss extremely fast (priests and mages were pulling mobs... - utter chaos!) and downed him on our first try. Then most of us got bored and left. Great fun though. MC still remains my favourite raid instance in the game. :)

Yeah, I'm quite seriously thinking of leaving my current guild and joining one with more level 70's for this very reason.

Why must it be impossible to find a decent group? I've literally searched for a group for Steam Vaults and Arcatraz 1/4 of yesterday, and the entire day today. No luck at all. People either have no clue how to play their class (usually tanks or healers, ironically) or people just decide to leave when we're close to a full group. It's starting to piss me off, because I just need to do these two instances for Karazhan prequest. It shouldn't be this hard.

You gotta be kidding me! I loved that game as a kid. Basically played it from start-to-finish hundreds of times. :P Anyway, for me it would have to be either Guild Wars... or some old airplane-fighting game that you couldn't even install. I forget the name of it. Oh, and Captain Quazar, the first cd-rom game I ever got. Man, what a [cabbage]ty game that was. The intro video song was awesome though. I still get the song stuck in my head from time to time, and I haven't played it in roughly 10 years.

Gratz man! :) Hopefully you have a good group of guys to run instances with. I was getting annoyed at PUG'ing so I started running with this group of people one of my guildies does. Yesterday alone I think we ran Black Morass twice, Shadow lab, Arcatraz and got our keys from a few places for kara atunement. I also started up some arena teams. Our ratings aren't good at all but we're still getting the hang down of working with each other. At least in my 2v2 and 3v3 team we have stayed even or so . My 5v5 team is just to get some arena points. Still the arena is the most fun I've had with PvP. Even though we are really outgeared it feels amazing when you pull a plan off perfectly. my team is a bit weird, 2v2 I've been running with me and a shadow priest and 3v3 we mostly ran with me, a shadow priest and an ele shaman. Yeah, finding groups won't be that much of a problem. Since a rl friend and his girlfriend have been stressing and pushing me to ding 70 for several months now. So that we can run instances, pwn the arena, and attempt some pre-TBC raids together. We actually did Shattered Halls today, and the group was great. I got a new cape and a bow. Oh and afterwards, we three solosed UBRS together. Well not exactly. We downed Rend, and then made a noble attempt at Drakki, but his fire spell is a big pain (I tank'd :P). So we got one of his old guildfriends, and a friend of his, and we got him down very easily. It was to complete my Onyxia pre-quest btw. :P We're gonna attempt to down her soon (bloodfang ftw). So all in all, I'm thoroughly enjoying level 70 atm. :)

Finally dinged 70. Wow, I am so freaking sick of leveling and questing now. Also got my groovy flying mount. I didn't realise you can basically fly anywhere on these. It's great. Now to the instance-running-craze-phase of the game. :) Oh, and some arena pwning with my friends.

Only negative response I've heard from friends is that Karazhan (I don't remember if they mentioned other raid instances) are just easy-mode after the patch. One of my friends' guild had a lot of trouble with Prince in Karazhan before the patch... and now it's hardly any fun at all, he's way easier now. I just hit 69 btw. And upon reaching it a friend msged me saying that the guild he's in just fell apart. This is a guild that was raiding Magtheridon, and I had a 100% secure spot in it (my friend is the mage CL) as soon as I hit 70 and got some decent blue gear and done the Karazhan prequest. Just my luck. :(

Hahah. Progressive (the genre) isn't defined by a band's "progress". If that was so, almost all metal, rock, punk (etc.) bands would fall under that genre. Sorry, but I just can't comprehend how someone would think that. Thrice are not it.
-
Yeah, still doing mutilate and still loving it. However as soon as I reach 70 I'm speccing Assassination/Combat (combat tree full out) and sword for raiding. :) I don't fully understand why some rogues spec maces or fists, as there are hardly any good fist or mace weapons in the game for rogues. I realise they both have their individual advantages, but since there are so few of these weapons, it will be hard to fully utilize them; especially compared to sword and dagger rogues for which there are tons of great gear.

Wait, are you mocking us EU players? :P But yeah, the WoW general forum has been full of "gief patch!!" posts, followed by the "When it's ready̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ" responses from Blizz. However, I think most players found out by reading the worldofraids.com article with the chatlog from the IRC convo with Tigole and Kalgan, but even after that there was a lot of speculation if it would come or not. So thus, The "Breaking News" announcement in the client just sorta sealed the deal, which, for once, is nice.
-
Patch tomorrow!! :D Well, for EU players anyway. And it couldn't have come at a better time. Because, as of tomorrow, I will have no more schoolwork to do. :) Awesome. Pic for proof:

If I were you, I'd stop with this constant backtrolling of yours. Comments like that doesn't make you sound big and tough. Just shut up and leave this thread before making an even bigger [wagon] out of yourself (if that is humanly possible). I dunno, just a bit of advice.

I agree about Netherstorm sucking but I loved Zangar. It was just a lot more aesthetically pleasing for me, and the questing was fun. Blade's Edge however, I hated that. If you died in the wrong spot you were skrewed hardcore, and i didn't like it visually either. Have you tried Shadowmoon yet? It's a bit tougher than Netherstorm and I didn't like it, but it's got quite a few quests and its where I hit 70. I didn't like the quests in Zangarmarsh at all. :P And nah, I haven't tried Shadowmoon yet... and I don't think I will unless the quests in Netherstorm don't get me to 70. My friends told me it totally blows there. I'm gonna do the questchain that gives the blue tier2 head, though.
-
Oh my god I hate leveling. I truly mean that. I am throughly sick of it. Saying that, I have 2 more levels to suffer through. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it. I'm in Netherstorm now... and so far, save for Zangarmarsh, it's proven to be the most unmotivational zone, it's just "meh". Just got there though. And according to friends, it should be the last zone for me before 70. Lots of quests. And Blade's Edge wasn't that bad. Only annoying thing was the 10-min long corpse run from Ruuan Weald to Raven's Wood.

The internet is your friend, you don't need us to tell you what type to get. I mean, just go search for what you're looking for if you haven't already. What?... Since when was asking about other peoples' opinions about something like this deemed "unnecessary"? Sorry, but before buying something as expensive as a bass guitar I would look for suggestions and opinions wherever I could get them from: for this, internet forums are excellent. Using Google isn't always the most efficient thing for this, especially since you will probably end up on the website of the different guitar companies, and they sure as hell won't let you in on their flaws.

Sounds good. I love Tout Le Monde. Hopefully they'll be doing a world tour now (and come to Sweden again!).
