I love WoW's combat system. It's the only game I've ever played that actually FEELS "fast-paced". I played several classes, and this was especially true on my warrior. Charge in, smackdown, intercept, smackdown some more...It was really quite fun. Rogue's are probably the most fast paced, but to me the warrior always felt the best. Didn't have to sit there and stun, you just pwned faces. :P RuneScape's combat system can mostly be described as "snore". I afk trained most of my combat levels (I was AT my computer, I just was doing homework while playing, get off my [wagon] about some "rule" that wasn't even written back then, nubs!) and wouldn't even have to look at my screen for a long period of time...Before fatigue and randoms, I could have let my character sit all day long. That isn't a game, it's boring. I owe my high-leveled-ness 100% to the fact that RS is boring and simplistic. If it were a challenge to fight (like in WoW), I would still be like level 80. I've also played GW and it's combat system was junk. I couldn't even move whilst attacking or my attack would shut off. I can't see how that makes PvP even possible, but people tell me I'm "wrong" about this notion, even though I, to this day, cannot move my character without his attack turning off. Not to mention the collision detection is moronic and the world is "boxed in" so you can't jump off ledges for short-cuts or even walk up to some areas that look like they should be able to be walked on. Heck, there isn't even a jump button period. I got to like level 12 and said enough of that...I haven't touched the game since. To date, I consider it my biggest waste of money on a game ever. It got rave reviews and to me, was a totally unplayable, half-baked game. The graphics were pretty, though. :EDIT: How long ago did you guys play WoW? I've ALWAYS had to face a target while fighting it. If I was a caster and turned away, the spell cancelled, if I was melee, it would say "You're facing the wrong way." :?

People just sound stupid comparing the games. They're not comparable. At all. Yo sound dumb saying "Lets see...RuneScape is $60 per year and WoW is $180...Obviously RuneScape is better!" because WoW also gives you more content in the last year than RuneScape has given in all of its 5 years, period. Comparing graphics...Also stupid... Just end it. WoW is the most successful MMO going right now, and RuneScape is a joke among MMO players. RuneScape is a cool little game until you realize you just wasted 2 years of your life getting nowhere at all. It just takes TOO MUCH TIME to do anything. Trust me...Level 124 here, I know it.

That's just Warren Jeffs' "Mormon" sect. As merc so wisely said, there is little difference between religion and cults. Religion is just more widely accepted, thus less "crazy" somehow. I find it just as believable that there is a space ship flying behind a comet ready to pick up our souls as I do that there is some big man in the sky. Both are equally probable, if you think about it.
  4. Say hello to my friend Amy. ;) You'll be in good company at UoI, if the girls are as good lookin' as her... *Ahem* Duke, you could definately do the "Stock trader" thing as a career...If you can become on of the richest players in a video game using the economy to your advantage, you can do it in the real world. :P I knew a guy on WoW that played the economy both in RL and on WoW and he was successful in both. I have ambitions, but I don't know what yet. I always wanted to be an animator, but I have almost zero artistic ability. I think like an artist, but I can't make art like one, sadly. If I took some art classes I probably could, but I'm not interested in paying 10 grand + 2 years of my life just to learn something for a job that would be incredibley hard to even get. I'll probably end up taking the easy way out and going to college for business or something like everyone else does. I'm honestly not sure, though, and at 19...That isn't good. :P
  5. It's so weird to think that on this day 5 years ago, I was starting my first day of highschool and I was in Home Ec. class...Second period, I believe. My teacher was freaking out and telling us all to stop talking because this was "the start of world war lll"...She apparently knew we were being attacked, not that it was some sort of accident. Good guesser. :P So yea. Lame!

    YES HE IS. #-o
  7. About a year ago they discovered a new shade of black that absorbs something like 97% of all light, where-as normal "black" absorbs something like 93%. :P To explain colors to a blind man is just like explaining colors to a man who can see. People take colors for granted and if you asked most people how colors get the color they are, they'd shrug. It all has to do with how much light is absorbed or reflected due to the pigment in it and la-de-da. Lots of science in that stuff. :P One could argue that there are no actual colors and that the human mind just see's the light reflected/absorbed and our brain turns it into a color based on that, but I couldn't say how true that is. I just remember reading a bunch of stuff on colors a while back...Bit rusty, I am.
  8. Cooking is fun sometimes. I might as well learn to love it, my girlfriend claims she cannot cook for crap. Boooo. :P

He was charged with sexual assault because the people he was with, whom he claimed he did not know, apparently sexually assaulted her while he was asleep, and she blamed him for it. The other two guys were unknown, so obviously he took the fall for it, and Tupac said he did not know them at all, he was just hanging out with them because they had the hook ups to get into certain clubs and whatnot. He was charged with "forcably touching the buttocks" (his words, not mine) and served some time for it. A lot of his songs are inspirational, and he was also a big black rights movement type guy. He just hung out with the wrong people and ended up doing the wrong things. You fail to mention that he was beaten by two Police officers for Jay-Walking. He wasn't exactly a gangsta.
  10. Jesus, Australia is being molested with bad news this week... :wall:

He certainly made better music than the majority of people who "sing" a bunch of words to a "fast" beat. I'm not a big fan of rap but I admire him as a rap artist because he didn't just talk about big cars, money, drugs and "ho's". Many of his songs have an anti-violence theme, aggressive anti-racism themes and he was not really a boasting type of guy (except towards some of his rivals like Notorious B.I.G.), I can clearly see why his lyrics are even studied at musical schools. Heck, from what I read in a magazine, he landed roles in his school's Shakespeare and Nutcracker plays. Not your typical 'cool gangsta'? I bet.. Yea, if you ask someone who hates rap if they like Tupac, a lot of them will say "Yes." Why? Because he wasn't your typical rapper that rapped about inane stuff. A lot of his work had good messages in it. Some did not, but I believe he just did that stuff to make the record label happy...I mean, he was signed to Death Row...They signed gangsta rappers...lol.
  12. So pompous "math people" can pat eachother on the back for finding a math problem noone can solve. If you ask me, spending time finding an equation you CAN'T solve is the biggest waste of time in the world. Math is used to solve problems, not to...Uhhh, do nothing. You'd have to be a pompous [wagon] to even consider finding such an equation.

That's what I've never got my head around. Pac was shot in Vegas. On the strip. In Vegas. After a Tyson fight. How in the smeg did no-one witness it?! Someone did, and they smoked him too. :P I dunno' if he's dead or alive. I believed he was alive until 7 years after he died. He was supposed to "come back" then, but didn't, so I said oh well, he's dead. It's been 10 years now and they're just releasing his music he already recorded and using a voice synthesizer to make songs with people like Eminem. Those songs mostly sucked, by the way, and Tupac never made a song that sucked.
  14. You do realize that by whining about not wanting to do a writing assignment because it doesn't allow you to express yourself the way YOU want is pretty emo in itself, right? Closet emo, perhaps. Perhaps you do not dress the part, but you surely act it! I refuse to take Weezcake's death. :P
  15. I never really hated it, I just hated going and leaving feeling like I learned nothing everyday. My school isn't exactly the Harvard of highschools, it was a pretty lame school...Teachers just shoved you into rooms and read crap from books, explaining nothing and asking no questions. Hooray for that crap. :P
  16. Who cares? I don't buy my shirts online because it makes the guy who sells the shirts happy. I buy it because I like the shirt! You need to realize what you're saying, not him. Tigra, just because this post has the word JESUS in it, does not mean you need to jump down everyone's throats. It's nearly impossible to respect someone like you, when all you know how to do is put other people down. Honestly, grow the hell up. You say that as if I attack everything with Jesus's name on it. Idiot. I was attacking noone. I put nobody down, unless you count the dude selling the stuff for his own gain. It's just like the douche bags who capitalize off 9/11...But apparently you think that is okay! How about you stop hounding my posts, as you're apparently doing since you "know me" so well, Mr. Crayon?
  17. If you see them again, call the cops and they'll be arrested on principle. By being talked to once already, if they're in the area again they will be arrested. They aren't breaking any laws, but it's kind of like a restraining order if you look suspicious and are talked to. Not much else you can do, really. There were some black guys around here a couple years back trying to kidnap girls. They got arrested for coming around here again.
  18. Failed my first time...I turned into the far-hand lane on a One-Way instead of the closest lane. I didn't know to do it the right way, so whatever. Second time I had a total butthole for a tester but I passed.
  19. Lol its a freaking wristband. Grow the hell up. (just got up from a nap little cranky.) And yet again, people fail to realize what they are saying. They are saying people are taking advantage of your beliefs and charging you money to show them. Do you think this money goes to churches or charity? No. It goes straight to some guys Ferarri fund and he laughs to the bank. Do you think he believes Jesus is the key? No, he believes you are. And you confirm his thoughts. Yet you still buy these things.

Oh you'll love this: 1. My first grade (and then 4th grade, she switched just in time to torment me again...) teacher was deathly afraid of chocolate and would give detention to anyone who ate it near her. 2. My 6th grade teacher believed homework was immoral. I totally agree! 3. My home ec. teacher in 6-8th grade was completely insane (she told us she once had herself admitted to a psychward because she wanted to kill her children...) and once slapped a girl for talking. That girls' mother came in and slapped her back, funny stuff. 3. Ag. Science teacher in 9th grade threw a chair at me for "rolling my eyes" at him...Even though I didn't look at him, period. Loser. :P 4. 9th grade History teacher was a child molester. 5. Health/P.E. teacher was a lesbian. She often would watch the girls change in the locker room and was banned from doing so after she was reported. 6. Typing teacher in 10th was the fattest man I have ever, ever seen. 7. My 10th grade English teacher once told me to go to the office for talking too much, to which I responded "You go to the office!" and she did. I was known for that the rest of the year, it was hilarious. She also was fired from her job for failing me and another kid on purpose because she didn't like us. I then switched schools for a different reason and guess who my English teacher was? Yep, her. That's all I can think of at the moment. Made me realize how great my school was...Lawl.
  21. I have seven. And a half. Don't ask.
  22. S-10's are pretty good vehicles if you ask me. My dad used to drive one (way back before he got his Dodge, and now his F-350 Turbo Deisel) and even back then when I was young, it was rusted and old looking, but ran good. As far as I know of, that truck is STILL, to this day, being driven...We've seen the guy who bought it running around in it. :P
  23. KCHughes, you're a pompous jackass and if anything, the people who will be in "Hell" are people like you. You believe that because my beliefs are not yours, thaty I will suffer ETERNAL TORTURE? You simple, brain-washed FOOL. My chances of being tortured eternally are JUST AS GOOD AS YOUR CHANCES. You people obviously don't even think before you make comments. You do realize that other religion's say that it is YOU who will be burning in Hell at the end of time, and they believe this just as strongly as you do? You know what? According to this...EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US will be in Hell. That is the problem with religion...There are too many that contradict eachother (nevermind that they contradict themselves). NOONE WINS. You can't simply say "Nope, their religion is wrong. I'm right." because you cannot know that. Not even faith itself could make you KNOW that. Put yourself in someone elses shoes; They believe the same thing you do, only a little different, and you tell them and the rest of us we're wrong and going to hell? Screw you.
  24. Multiply everything he said by like...A trillion billion. Lol. There are, alone, over a trillion planets estimated to be in our very own galaxy. There are also trillions of stars in our galaxy, I believe. And billions of galaxies, if not more. Not sure on that one.
  25. Oh noes, it's against the law?! Well, that'll stop them. is fully constituted. Your mother. No, seriously...I'm sorry, I didn't realize breaking laws was the normal thing to do. I wasn't aware that you and others seemingly feel that breaking laws to play a video game easier is somehow worth the risk of getting fined out the [wagon]. is fully constituted.
