I would rather use a trimmed skill cape and Piety. I heard Piety has the same drain rate as 2 +15% prayers.

And 2 Rune Full Helms and a Half Key :P. Meh, I prefer Nechs and Abyssals for obvious reasons.

The task was about 170 and I brought too many doses of super set. I also forgot my ring of life, good thing I didn't lag during this task :ohnoes:. Getting close to 98 Hp and 92 Slayer . I'll be doing non stop Slayer until the god wars dungeon. Rate/Hate/Appreciate.

Wow, 2 D Spears. Nice drops Winner, and gl on getting 5 more Slayer lvls. Why is your prayer so low though? It would probably only take like 2 hours to get to 65-70 and it would be an incredible help for those Black Demons and Dark Beasts.

Cool, I started KQ soloing at lvl 102. I'm guessing this was your second trip judging from the energy pots in your invo :-k. I got a D2H on kill 12 and a Chain on kill 32.

The lowest monster to drop it is a Level 7 Dwarf. However, my 3 Left Halves have come from an Iron Drag, an Abyssal Demon, and an Aberrant Spectre(woot, something under lvl 100.) Congrats on getting it from something way lower than even a Spectre.

Got a Whip from my last abyssal task, then I got 97 Str to give me lvl 123. Only 3 levels left \.

Yeah, Jagex always nerfs things like this :x. However, when you think about it, it makes no sense whatsoever, seeing as you can die from smoke choking you in real life.

Technically it does, but that is a horrible idea. You will be brought down to 1 HP way faster than your food could keep up. One false move(or aggressive random), and someone's going to be looting that Robin :ohnoes:. With the facemask, it's no big deal if you mess up and the Dusties get one hit on you.

"Your new task is to kill 165 Fire Giants." Sweet, I grab my Dharok and head off. I announced on Tsg clan chat that I intended to Dharok Fire Giants in the Dust Devil dungeon. People told me I couldn't do it and that a facemask was required. I'm about to show you all that that isn't quite true ;). Without a facemask in the Smokey Well, you will get hit 10 points of damage every 15 seconds or so. However, this can NEVER take away your last hitpoint. That is what happened when I was at 2 HP. The smoke only damaged me for 1 HP, while it would have hit up to 10 if I had had more HP. Note how I was at 1 HP both before and after the smoke hit me. As you can see, I am at an eternal 1-2 HP, which for a Dharoker is about the best thing that can happen :D. There was a ranger there with a facemask that thought I was crazy for using full Dh. He thought he was going to get a free Dh Helm. The joke was on him when I never lost my last Hitpoint :P. Equipment: Full Dharok Fire Cape > Trimmed Skill Cape > God Cloak Fury > Glory > Unholy Symbol Barrows Gloves > Rune Gloves Dragon Boots > Climbing Boots Inventory: House Tele tablet 1 Lobster 2 Super Attack pots 2 Super Str pots At least 10 Prayer pots. Use more depending on your Prayer lvl, mine is 99. The strategy is to just mindlessly kill them while letting the smoke keep your HP low. You use Protect from Melee to survive, so NEVER let your prayer run out. The only thing that could kill you is an Evil Chicken or a Dust Devil. I use protect item in case I die so I can keep my Helm. All I would lose is about 200-400k of cheap replaceable stuff. The Evil Chicken is a rare occurance and Dust Devils will not attack you if you don't click them. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES click a Dust Devil. Without a facemask they not only break through Protect from Melee, but they kill your combat stats too :(. The Lobster is for you to eat after you tele, that way you can turn your prayers off without worrying about the Evil Chicken before you get to the bank. I use Rune Gloves because I'm scared that Barrows Gloves would protect over my Dh Helm. If they don't I'll have to switch to Barrows Gloves. So that's how I do my Fire Giant tasks. Enjoy Fire Giants without stupid noobs at the Waterfall, Wild Dogs at Brimhaven, or the dangers of the Wildy :). I am not responsible for any losses you may encounter as a result of using this method. If you still donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t believe that you can survive without a facemask, try going in there with absolutely nothing equipped or in your invo. Wait a few minutes and watch how you never die. Gravestone Update: With a 5 minute gravestone you can now safely do "all out" DHing in some or most places. By all out I mean Fire Cape, Zerker Ring, D Boots, etc. If you really want to all out DH Fire Giants here, set your house to Pollnivneach. That way you'll easily be back in 5 minutes time.

I decided to solo a few KQs for my kalphite task. Piety and 99 Prayer owns for solo KQing, I was able to kill her in 1 trip 6 out of 7 times. I got a KQ Head but I already have one in my house :(. I so wish these were tradable, some people really want one but have bad luck getting it. I got 2 Chains out of the deal, both Rune . Back to regular slaying, 100+ solo KQs for slayer would be a bit much :shock:.

I'm guessing he went to the Catherby farming store which has 500 Spades and just ran back and forth :-k.

Just got a D Med at Nechs. No Rune Boots in 2 tasks but I get a D Med, incredible.

Just got 91 Slayer Dharoking Fire Giants \. I also posted the highest hit from that trip. I know I'm not that guy that hit 110 with Dharok but it's still a pretty good hit . Yes, I'm in the smoke well without a facemask, no I did not have a death wish. Did you know that the smoke can NEVER take away your last HP? With Protect from Melee, I am at an eternal 1-2 HP, perfect for Dharoking 8-). Only possible ways I could die is if I misclick and attack a Dust Devil, if I run out of prayer, or if an Evil Chicken shows up and gets a lucky shot on me. I use Protect Item to save my helm in case I die.

Indeed it is, when I got 85 I didn't stop to Abyssal camp, I continued training Slayer. I want to be able to cook wild pies because I read that there may be a level 95 Slayer monster in this new dungeon. Probably a silly rumor, but with me about 30k away from 91 Slayer, I would like to be prepared for it. I was considering stocking up anyway in case a new high level slayer monster comes out before I'm ready. Even if I am ready when the monster comes out, I could sell my pies at an inflated price to those who aren't.

Hooray for slayering until the god wars dungeon. I'll be slayering until then too. Eh, maybe i'll get 3 cooking lvls for wild pies, but I'll still be slayering most of the time :).
