I don't think killing him would be an Elite task, but reaching wave 63 might be. While killing Jad would be an worthy diary installment, there are a number of players who have slower internet (dial up) and cannot pray switch due to lag, even if they have the mental ability to do so. I would hate for them to exclude those players, so reaching wave 63 should be a goal enough. You still have the 1-3 hours of time spent and 200k+ supply cost. And those that do reach wave 63, and have the abilities, can go on and get the firecape anyways. Or you know, there are some people like me who has the best gear for the cave, watched every video possible, above average stats, can get to wave 63 everytime, and still fail completely on jad. I have tried over ten times, everytime to wave 63 and still fail even with excellent internet. Jad really should be a requirement. :/

Just experiment with all the characters. Pyro is the easiest. You know..I always thought medic was the easiest, and no I am not a heal-bot who stick to a heavy all the time. :lol: As a medic you just run to the front lines and try to overheal everyone and heal anybody who is under fire, I actually play have more time on medic than my other classes. Best I think was 5 ubers(the original one) and...11 domination?

As the others have stated, they created it for fun, perhaps your idea of fun is different from their idea of fun.

You know...I thought there was a familar's special that gives the owner a huge magic level boost, +10 or something? Would not that familar just replace the extreme mage pot? :s

I do believe rc profit and excitement went up, especially in f2p, so more fires on the market then ever, and I predict prices actually staying the same. Fire runes? I thought every slayer and their mother have a cabbage load of fire runes in their bank. XD I do suppose in the short run the rune prices will stay the same, but if this update does create a much larger amount of runes, magic may finally be on par with range, ammo cost wise. I dream for the day in which combat styles are used equally by all, instead of the majority of melee, small amount of rangers, and the lone ancient who is worshiped by his/her teammates. :)

Since rune cost is one of the biggest reason of why most people does not use magic, would not a decreased rune price encourage others to try using it more before calling magic underpowered? Just how much is this affecting rc anyway?

I am going to go with 10% skill and 90% luck. He knew where the guy was and probably thought "what the hell" and chucked a random knife, and it happens to stick in that guy's [wagon]. But it is 100% awesome.

Defender all the way, I only use DFS to annoy other people with insane defense bonuses in soul wars/clan wars, or for tank ranging/maging, thats about it.

I am kidding, if you check out clan discussion you will know what I am talking about. Join PKM is like an inside joke. But really though, it matters not which clan you do join, it will be very helpful to your experience. You can make many friends and share fun times, what is not to love?

Join Pkm Yes joining a clan will help your Runescape experience, after all this is a MMORPG. I do not know much about skilling clans but I do know warring and community clans. Most warring clans these days are f2p but there are some p2p warring clans. It is amazing to be involved in wars and such as many times a tiny thing can change a whole war, wether it is somebody accidently run instead of walked or bad tanking on one person's part. Warring is also one of the few things in RS that actually requires skill. I have never found training skills interesting so I never really set any goals, I train skills either for quests or in bursts whenever I feel like it. As for things to do, try everything! Wether it is DKS, temple trekking(Hard), trouble brewing, competitive warring p2p or f2p, there is something for you.

I would not be worried about it, this is only a beta test. When RSC is fully released the players(the server holder really) will have the option to turn on cheat codes, and the players can have anything they wish, so all this supposely RWT is only temporary because there will be no point anymore when RSC come fully online.

When I first see the update I was very very disappointed, I mean is a big let down with the hype around it. Then I see the patch notes- -Pray recharge in Falador=easier f2p fally pking/easier mole hunting -High Alch update=Win, and I feel really bad for the guy who alched his sgs just about a week ago -Item stacks are excellent -Dunno about the tzhaar, I doubt people actually kill those things for the money drops, most people just sell fire runes. But if proves to work maybe fury can drop a bit? -The 1000+ skill world does not look very promising because I thought the barrier is a bit low, but thats just me. Overall, I thought the major update is meh, but the patch notes is awesome. My 2cents.

They are(were) people who makes runescape youtube videos. Some people thought they were excellent and thats how people got to know them.

To be honest no, but from what I have heard from my miner friends that respawn time was an issue. They were mining with 5+ people as well.

Actually spending money does help the economy. For example FDR spend tax money to create more jobs so unemployement rate will drop. With a higher working population the people will have more spending power in order to boost the economy. Obama is bailing or trying to at least try to save companies so the employees will not be out of jobs, and in the future they will be able to hire more. Of course this is only one possible situation, your idea that tax cut is the only way is very wrong. I am not saying tax cuts will never work, is just that it is not the only way. Also you think the government did not do this of ulterior motives? What motives? If tax cuts is trurly that effective, would not the government implement this just to ensure election? I am sorry to say this, but your logic makes no sense to me. PS: I am on wii right now, so please any errors.
