  5. Huh? No, it's meant to be 750gp. This is the elf >TELEPORT CRYSTAL< we're talking about, not the normal crystals. Please read next time before commenting.
  6. If you look at the top it shows when and what was updated.
  7. Hey, I took the test in your sig, I'm also black. Muahahahahahahaha...
  8. Yeah, I spend a lot of time in PhotoShop making fake RS pics and making them look good. I also spend A LOT of time in the Elf lands, which is what lead to me making this guide.
  9. NOTE: ALL of these pictures were taken and modified by me, EXCEPT the map, which was done by Tip.It and was modified by me. Last updated: October 22nd, 2007 Last update included: Elf Lands Guide Video The Elf Lands Guide Video A Guide to the Elves Intro: Where to start? The land of the Elves, known by many as 'The Elf Lands', 'Arandar', 'Prifddinas', 'Lletya', 'Poison waste', 'Tirranwn' and some more I can't think of at the moment. So yes, it is a place known by many, but a place not many come to. But that is all about to change. In this guide, I will show you the best of the Elf lands, and make you want to come here and join me! Requirements [hide=Click to show requirements of getting into the Elf lands.]Although to enjoy the Elf lands and its benefits, you must first get in, obviously. Here are the quests which must be completed and their links: Click the links to go to the quests. Plague City Biohazard Underground Pass Now, Underground pass is the MINIMUM required to ENTER the Elf lands, but the following quests are HIGHLY recommended. Also, 56 agility is very useful, it is unwise to pot up. Regicide Waterfall Quest Roving Elves Sheep Herder Big Chompy Bird Hunting Mournings ends part 1 Now, starting Mournings ends part 1 is required to have access to Lletya, which is HIGHLY recommended. I would not even come into the elf Lands without access to Lletya. Although Mournings ends part 2 is not required, do it for the quest points, plus it's great fun \ : Click here for the guide to mournings ends part 2[/hide] The guide itself: Well, let us assume you have started mournings ends part 1 and have access to Lletya. The Elf lands is quite a tricky place to get through, so I will provide you with a map of the Elf lands, taken from Tip.It: [hide=Click to show the map.]I have marked out sections of the Elf lands with a green glowing rectangle. It shows the various areas. Mapped by Tip.It [/hide] I have made various guides for each part of the Elf lands. Click the links for each area. [hide=Lletya, the most popular place in the Elf lands.] Lletya is the best place to be in the Elf lands. It has a bank, a food shop, an altar, Elves to kill, a bow and arrow shop, sheep, a general store, a shop that sells dye, a spinning wheel and a flax patch right next to the bank! The altar is upstairs, so is the food shop. There is a lone elf upstairs near the altar which I took a pic of my friend killing: Killing elves is a good way to obtain exp, and, if you kill the mellee ones downstairs, good money (if you're just there for fun.) When you activate the Lletya teleport crystal, obtained during Mournings ends part 1, you will end up near the entrance to the town. It is a short walk from Eluned, who charges your teleport crystal for 750gp the first time. After that, the price goes down each time until it stabilizes at 150gp per recharge. There are also some magic trees available for your cutting pleasure. A little north of the magic trees is a place where you can mine some adamant ore, but you must go around the forest, past some trip wires and some sticks. It is also a short walk from Ilfeen, who recharges crystal bows and shields. Crystal bow recharges start at 900k, and go down to 180k. Crystal shields start off at 750k, lowering to a tiny 150k. Lletya is also home to some beatiful sights: [hide=Click here to see some pictures of Lletya I took.] Here are some pics taken which you haven't seen in this guide: A random Lletya pic: A random Lletya pic upstairs: Entrance to Lletya, contains two level 88 dire wolves. Can be safespotted and killed for exp: [/hide] [hide=Getting around.]Well, getting around the place is important, so you don't die! But if you're like me, and prepare, roaming around the Elf lands is very peaceful, fun and calming (comes under peaceful but meh). To be honest, I can just go to the Elf Lands wearing no armour and have no food and still go around quite safely. But only because I have 90+ agility. For those of you who don't have high agility, you will need to prepare. Here I have suggested what you wear and put in your inventory: -Dragonhide or light armour. Even robes will do! -Anti poison potions -Bones to bananas or bones to peaches -Axe and tinderbox if you don't have the above -High agility reccomended -Lletya teleport crystal -Food It is advised to have 56 agility or more. I myself have level 90+ agility, and hardly ever fail the obstacles. How to get past traps Well, you don't expect to just click anywhere and master the obstacle do you? Of course not. Here are the ways to tackle various obstacles: Leaves - You must click the square CLOSEST TO YOU, other wise you WILL fail. Failing these will get you hit 15. Sticks - These are annoying. Again, click the side closest to you. If you fail, you will get hit 8. Trip wires - You will fail these most often but are the easiest to get past. You can simply click the other side of these and get over but with a 100% chance of getting hit a double 5 (10) and being poisoned a 2. Or you can click the wire with a small chance of getting across without snagging the wire. Depends on your agility level really. Dense forest - Click them. Wow so hard! You can't fail these. And um, watch out for the trip wires, even I fail them about 15% of the time... And avoid sticks at all costs :ohnoes: [hide=If you want to see the map again, click here.] Mapped by Tip.It It is important to remember that traps do not appear on the minimap, so walk with your camera view DOWN and keep an eye out for traps you know are close by.[/hide] [hide=Tirannwn and Prifddinas] These two areas come under one guide since they are very close together and are related (sort of). Tirannwn is a place which plays a big role in Regicide. It includes Lord Iowerth's camp, some shark fishing spots, lots of traps, Ilfeen and a few wabbits. It is also the place where you can catch a glimpse of Prifddinas and the crystal gates. [/hide] [hide=Isafdar] Now, Isafdar is probably the next most popular place apart from Lletya. It has 4 yew trees to cut... Isafdar also plays a role in Regicide. It holds the Tyras camp, as well as charter boats, accessible after completing Regicide. Also, you can talk to the quartermaster there to buy halberds. You can buy dragon halberds after completing Regicide. Dragon halbers can cost from 325k to 350k. And yes there's a catapult... But it's not a toy. Isafdar is also a good place to collect whiteberries. I myself have collected over 2k whiteberries here. You can sell them on the forums for around 800gp each.[/hide] [hide=Arandar] Arandar, an evil looking place. Filled with deadly red spiders and wolves. This place is accessible only after completing Regicide. If you have not started mournings ends part 1, this is your easiest way in. The route is shown below: The entrance to Arandar is located just South-West of the Gnome stronghold. You must come here and kill a mourner, which drops all your stats to 20... Dunno what it does if one of your stats is under 20 though, heh... There are three shortcuts on Arandar. A level 59 shortcut, a level 68 shortcut and a level 85 shortcut. To the left of the Arandar route, there is another Prifddinas gate. You can not go in. You can also mine Limestone near the Arandar route, though you cannot access these directly via the route. When you come out of there, you must pass a tripwire, go over a log and through some dense forest, and you will end up at the exit of the Underground Pass. You can go inside the cave to find the well of voyage and an altar. Well, that's the end of my guide! I hope you enjoyed the pics  [/hide] Well, that's my guide to the Elf lands for you! I will still be updating and tweaking the guide constantly, so don't fret if I've missed something!
  10. I shall fart a kebab in your honor! *pffffffffffffffffffffffffff* *fffffffff*
  11. Most annoying quest for me was um........................ Sheep herder I think... Mournings ends part 2 was sinch. I seem to like long quests and despise the short ones. :XD:
  12. Thanks for that \ \
  13. That is in Isafdar.
  14. Well I decided to take some screenshots of RS and its scenery. Hope you like them. Since I will be taking LOTS of screenshots, I will categorize them: [hide=West RuneScape (Elf Lands) ~ 6 pictures.] [/hide] [hide=Desert/Al Kharid ~ 0 pictures.] None as of yet.[/hide] [hide=East RuneScape (Ghost lands) ~ 0 pictures] None as of yet.[/hide] [hide=Central RuneScape (Normal areas) ~ 0 pictures] None as of yet.[/hide] [hide=Other scenery (usually, these pictures are awesome
  15. My new favorite food is kebab.

  18. Agility pyramid r slow, but it's fun and 1k cash every time I complete it \
  19. Hello, my name is Da_Latios, as you can already see. I have been playng RuneScape for over 3 years now. During these years I have had some very wierd, and some very good things happen: - In 2005, I was appointed a RuneHQ Mod, but stepped down in early 2006 (Actually I was more like... Fired.) - In 2006, I found tip.it, and have been using this site since then. - In late 2006, I was given the chance to become a member of the Tip.It Events Team (TET), and took the chance : I was on mIRC, and, whilst talking about my dream of 99 agility, the49ronin (brainiac68) asked to race me to 99, as he was going for that as well. This then lead to the creation of the blog you are now reading. I am currently level 72 in agility. My goal sigs below: To 70: GOAL ACHIEVED!!! To 80: To 92 TO 99!!! Where I Train I am training agility at the Ape Atoll course. When I get 75 agility, I should never fail that course. Also occasional trips to the agility pyramid for a lil less boredom \ How I Train Since I have not completed the Awogowei segment of Recipe For Disaster, I can collect the Tchiki Monkey Nuts hich are located on the Ape Atoll course. This ensures that I have an unlimited supply of food and that I never die. I also use my pharaoh sceptre to get to the agility pyramid quickly. Time to 99 Agility In total, I estimate 367 hours of training. 4 hours I can cut off that, leaving 363 hours to train. This also leads to an 84-day training period. So, I will spend roughly 3 months training agility to 99.
  20. I am christian, and I take this offensive. I have nothing more to say.
  21. hehehe, it took me almost a whole day to get bones to peaches, man it was hell! But for me, telekinetic points was the easiest, for some reason... only used 386 laws for the 200 points, alchemy was the most annoying...I'm wierd aren't I?
