  1. Interests me. However, I want to know if there's a monthly fee before I decide anything.
  2. Wait, are you saying that the torso works fine? Sorry, but I choose a Rune Platebody over that, because of it's bad defences, the small strength bonus doesn't make it good enough from the loss of defence. Sure, maybe these items are a little overpriced, I myself use Bandos Chestplate and Tassets while slaying, aside from the fact I can afford it, I find it has good enough defences for a Bunyip to heal enough, and isn't much of a downgrade from what Torag's offered me in terms of defence. These items are expensive, because of how they come into the game. GWD is no easy task, and even in a large team, you don't get a lot of kills, and you don't get an item every trip. So, why are these items so expensive? Because if they were too cheap, no-one would bother using the supplies to try get them, then eventually, they'd shoot up even higher because of the demand, with none or very little coming in, just so players will find it worth their while to try obtain them again.

Okay, so let me get this straight. Based on a few mods you have met, you are judging them all? That's bull[cabbage]. Personally, I have had mostly positive experiences with mods. Though I have disagreed with others, and one was an immature [puncture]. Modship does not suddenly change a person, they were that type of person before they got the crown, and are the same person after they get it.
  4. You're still a nub. 7/10. Get that damn Slayer up.
  5. The puzzles are largely prevalent in the second of the series, which hosts some pretty solid physics based puzzles. Certainly not a puzzle game though. Oh and you're missing a lot if you didn't even play through all of the game. Of course the first one is much older at this time so you might not be able to get into it. (and I don't think you're too terrible old yourself, right? I don't think you would have played the game on launch like I did). The second one might be more interesting to you because it is more "modern" but make no mistake, Half Life still tells a story better than any of these modern FPS's and has much better pacing than most of them out today. But aren't you the guy who thought Haze was a good game? I mean how can someone trust your opinion then? :P Yeah, I did think Haze was pretty good. While the game did have its faults, it was still enjoyable, if it did get too simple. (Anyone on Mantel had the upper hand because of nectar, what could the rebels do? Roll and play dead) The main problem was it lose my friggin' online data, and when I saw it was reset, I went to try get 100% (or close to it at least) accuracy, only for it to not record it. I've tried to get into the Half Life series a few times (Orange Box on PS3), and while it was a somewhat decent game, I just couldn't get into it. However, I would say it was a pretty interesting game, was probably just too complex for the PS3. Oh, and it was Half Life 2 I played, didn't really enjoy it. Should probably try to play the original at some point.
  6. Even the fat kid can run. However, yes, a rage zombie's ability would be limited to that of who is infected. A blind man would not be able to see, someone paralyzed from the waist down could not walk, and so on. However, the fat kid could run, and for long than he would have. Adernaline is a funny thing, it improves us as humans, beyond our normal limits, in the manner of pain resistance, how long we can run for, however, it doesn't make us faster than we can be, although it can make us slightly stronger than we normally are.
  7. Those weren't even zombies! They were mutants! What we call Rage Zombies are humans infected by the Rage Virus. This is from 28 Days/Weeks Later.
  8. Sorry, but how much GTA have you played? Okay, I didn't care much for Half Life, and I've probably overplayed GTA. You're judging the game based on 1 person, not all of us. I've played (and pretty much beat) AoE III (and to an extent AoE II, but I cheated a lot, if I could find my disc, I'd play it without cheating). I know right from wrong, when I play GTA, I play it to progress through the story, and not kill mindlessly (okay true, I did that on GTA:SA, but I had completed the main storyline anyway). Personally, I found Half Life overrated, and the puzzles (to where I progressed) were simple. And really, any parent who complains about their kid playing x game should take it off them, or not have got them it in the first place. The type of game you play does not make you who you turn into. I've played mostly violent games (CoD4, KZ2, X-Men Origins, GTA IV), yet I've also played those which require a lot of thought (Valkyria Chronicles for example). These games have no made me into who I am, rather, the people around me have made me who I am.
  9. Basically, I think they can ignore all pain, and just focus on killing. So they probably would shrug it off. But, the bonus to Rage Zombies, is that they are still technically human, so are easier to kill.
  10. Spectres will rape you if you use a Black Mask. You need a nosepeg or Slayer helm. Get one of the God Books instead of the defender if you wish.
  11. Unless Rage Zombies turn out the be slightly different and have self-preservation skills. We're buggered then.
  12. Most valuable source in the almost impossible event of a Romero outbreak. God, I thought we agreed he was a fool for calling Romero types the most likely, and then agreed Rage types were more possible.
  13. Rocco, against Rage Zombies, all of those weapons would work, expect the airgun. They are just normal humans, not undead, and you don't need a headshot.
  14. Well, if we use the Rage Virus as it is in the film, then it's not to feed that they kill, it's just out of pure, uncontrolable rage. The virus also release adrenaline into the bloodstream pretty much all the time, increasing resistance to pain, giving more energy and such, putting it at an almost superhuman level, though basically starve because they don't eat. Though I am interested in how they tell the infected and non-infected apart.
  15. My source? Mostly Zombie Movies, and the use of my own logic.
  16. And we've moved beyond those types. In the interests of realism, we've moved onto Rage zombies. The scary thing being that these are possible, through an extreme mutation of rabies, so it takes effect faster and makes them increasingly more violent. Oh, and I want your source.
  17. I was referring to where you said: "zombies skulls become soft and mushy" If you believe that, then you're in the initial clean-up force.
  18. B.A.I.T. is mainly an inside joke here. Beginning Attack and Inflitration Team, basically anyone who shows a lack of knowledge belongs here. And the first thing that will happen to your zombie [wagon] is death.
  19. While this would normally be true, zombies skulls become soft and mushy, which is why zombies heads can take on such strange shapes. Thus why you should not fight zombies with a baseball bat. Though the airgun is a stupid idea anyway. Sir, welcome to B.A.I.T.

Main thing today is that I went to the College to get some stuff sorted, and afterwards went looking for a new pair of jeans. Didn't find any. Ended up buying: Metallica's "Master of Puppets", Lamb of God's "New American Gospel". Also bought "Watchmen" too, forgot it was an 18, but I still got it no problem. (About 5 months til I turn 18).
  21. Man in the Box - Alice in Chains

Part of me wants to say one of the Zelda games, but it's probably wrong. (Couldn't get more specific than the series anyway)
  23. When you said "running fast" I assumed you meant faster than a human can. Rage Zombies can run as fast as they could when they were human. I think the talking is beyond any type of zombie, simply because of the virus affecting the brain, so maybe basic sounds like grunts and such, but not actual talking, since when we talk, it is pretty much just a memory of those words coming back, and zombies have no memory.
  24. Okay, no virus is going to push them beyond normal human limitations. We need armour as protection while during the bodies, and we pretty much can't let any blood come in contact with ours, with Rage Animals, it's going to be hard. I thought we agreed that Brooks is an idiot and Romero Zombies are unlikely to ever exists. Also, I bring it up again, if Romero Zombies are allowed to exsist for this discussion, then I get the ability to cast Ultima.
  25. Oh, the masses of them will be dead in a month. We just need a way of protection while we burn the bodies.
