You take more time with controlled overall. For every 10 points of damage, you lose 1exp. Saradomin Sword is a good strength training weapon, and is accurate enough to get almost the same rate as Whip + Defender. EDIT: If we take it as roughly 40m exp for 99 Attack/Str/Def then by using controlled, you've lose about 1m exp, correct?

If people went around looking for reports, then they would get very little done in the game. Maybe Dan can't mention things because it has been said by Jagex they are not to be mentioned. Oh, I don't enjoy the company of mods, and haven't had positive experiences with them. I do however, enjoy the company of the people who they are, and have had positive experiences with those people. I ignore the crown when I talk to them, hell, I barely notice it when I speak to someone ingame (I speak to her on MSN too, but that's another story, infact, she's why I'm up at this time).
