look, hers what i showed mother on rsc. just take a darker shade of the color inside of the object, and use it to outline (his is blk outlines) mother, if you have any problems with me posting this, feel free to contact me and ill remove it asap.

alrite look, im trying to get into this school. they focus on technology, and digital graphics. in order to get in, i have to follow some kid around for a few days to decide if i like it, then take a test, and write an essay. easy nuff. then comes the harder part. digital artwork. i have to put together a portfolio [sp?] of a bunch of my work. i have inclueded my only photomanipulation, folowing a tutorial, a bunch of my pixel work, including my latest wip, my only finished digi-painting, 2 abstracts, and 2 cartoons that i have made using gimp. im pretty sure ive got enough, but my frends thought i should do more photo manipulations because they thought my first was rather good, and that they wouldnt be all that interested in my pixel work... lol... well now that i have lectured you about my dull life, i need some help. i know that some of you *cough* cad, weeb, woopdi, and many more of you *cough* are really good at working with photoshop, manipulating and stuff... and well...i need help. what i want you to do is 1- post up one or two that you have done. 2- explain basicly what you did 3 any tips and for those of you who are more experienced. i understand you are suposto be able to use more then one photo in creating these? how the hell do you do that? tried once, got laughed at. 1- how do you combine them 2-how do you blend? 3- how do you match up the colors? tyvm for all help you can offer me. i have a decent knowledge of photoshop, but i dont own it myself. explain what you do, and ill try to convert it to gimp. if im luckey tho, might be able to get a copy of photoshop from meh frend =) wish me luck lol... once again, thanks in advance for the help -eck

recently learned myself, taht after uploading [x] amount of stuff on photobucket, automaticly converts it to jpg. everybody flamed me about it before, but it reeally wanst my fualt.

if you didnt want people to use em, you sholdnt have posted em... you arent looking very smart because you keep chainging your mind... if you have a problem with them being used, then dont post em... i have over 900 c4ds,a nd to be frank, most of them are a ton better then yours...

why did you only put black outlines around the person...? imo you should either put them around everything or around nothing (preferably nothing, but some people flame em that its their 'style')

weeb, first, you need to chill. i never claimed it as my own, and i ever gave you credit lol... which is in no way considered ripping... second... i dont use any gfx sites lol... third, i use a different username on every site i use, including my aim and msn rofl... also... right before i finished uploading... well... my computer crashed lol... and sence im not going to bother waiting another 6 hours, probably wont get em up for a while... btw weeb, get one of those tag things that you stamp on your work everytime you make a render because A. there pretty cool.. and B. easy way to get credit for your work.

tip.it has been loosing people ever sence graphics sellin was put to an end... lately ive noticed its been parcticly deserted here... your char is flat, his head is to fat, and the swirly things need to be smoothed out. when you shade, use more then 1 color, not jsut shades of the same color. your guy also needs more of a defined ligthsource...

awa, urs is teh sickzness... i tried shading it terlys cartoony style, and well... now mine looks like a cartoon... d'oh... anway, hope yeh win. only critz now is that youshaded 3 colors onto the grass, then added texture, but the darkest shades transition between one to the other needs to be smoothed out.

linework is too simple, and not very good, but nice color choices =p

when you digipaint,you want every seprate color to be on a seprate layer. you want the white on the dress on one, the hair on one, the skin on one, it helps you to not mix the colors when your blending. look at the gold trim at the top of the dress, it needs to stand out more, and that can really only be achieved ona seprate layer. well, either way, looks beter then my crap digipaint, but then again, youve got some type of photoshop, ive got gimp lol...

edit: after 6 hours of waiting, my computer frose, and im not going to be trying to upload those again for a while...
