It could well be, but it looks very much like trees on the far left, fading to snow in the middle and going back to trees on the right. yes now that i look at it, i see the resembelence, but i myself have some brushes that look kinda like a "crater", and that looks rather simalar, and to the side, just a 3d crystal brush...

i think he made the bg... looks like some blk brushing with a colorize number pulled on it...

you made the rocks looks liek they are to seprate from the rest of the sturcture... maby mkae them more conjoined?

dont add text till end... i strongly sugest you shade the beastie, and the ground should have spots of red in it.. the text should be smaller imo too. if this is a first, incredable. so much beter then mine. if not, still great. btw your guides are teh p00nz3rz, used em to get my cape (then died and lost it about an hour later while in the wildy...) also on the bg, make the white spot for the door. also, the patern thing continues on the walls, so maby include that. lastly, add that spot of lava with the statue neer it... lol then it would be perfect.

border needs to be a darker brown and a deeper gold. the guys arms seem to be jutting out of the body, may want to fix that. the grass is going to be a lighter color as it neers the sun, so i sugest you sketch out where the sun is, and change the grass so it fades into the sky more. edit: also, hope you dont mind if i use your border style for something, if you do mind, post here or pm me.

heres what i do sometimes... to get the same colors as the render, black bg, random white brushing, new layer, paste the render all over the place and run a pick filter on it, at high repitition, then set it on overlay

wow. after almost 4 months sience i posted, i finally click on this thread again and... wow... i am also proud to see that my part has been added to the guide, and maby ill contribute more. sience first reading this guide, i memorizxed most of it, and never looked back. i have goten rich, gotten hacked, gotten rich again, and gotten lured for all i had, and because of that, quit. (rich for me = 10m+) so on to the "contributing" first 200k essence running: get 5 noted pure essence. go to world 99 pure essence mines, and look for the dudes in teal. when one of them says "open" trade them and give them 5 noted pure ess for 27 un noted pure ess. run to the bank, get 5 more pure ess out, and repeat. after getting 1k pure ess (about an hour and a hlaf), go sell it for 110k. then, get 5 more pure ess, repeat. easy 220k... merchenting your first mill pure essence: buy for 90-100 each, sell for 110 each modifications first, off, you need stats to do this. there are many variations of this,but heres what worked for me. lvls neaded: 70 fletch, 55 magic buy yew logs for (insert price here[havent played in over a month]) then buy bow strings for (insert price here) buy natures for (price here) craft the yews and strings into bows, and alch making (profit here) repeat lvls neaded: 30 smithing buy iron (price here) and coal (price here) smith them into steel bars sell them for 550-600 each making (profit here) lvls neaded: 40 smithing, 55 magic buy 3k coal and 2k iron ea, and 1k natures for (price here) smith into steel bars then into steel plates alch the steel plates for (this much) and make (profit here) profit lvls neaded: 63 crafting buy green dragonhides for 1.5k each craft them into sets of full green dragon sell for 10-15k each (same works for higher levl hides) lvls neaded: 85 crafting, 68 mage buy uncut dragonsotnes for 50k eaech cut em, and make em into glories enchant, string, and sell for 75k each lvls neaded: 20 crafting buy flax (price here) craft into bowstrings sell for (price here) for (profit here) profit

dont get photoshop, get gimp.... its FREE, and can do about 9/10ths of the stuff that photoshop can. it is also EASIER TO OPERATE imo, and makes anamation easy. if you still insist on getting it, get an older version and use that, or upgrade an older version, or best yet, bring a blank cd, and copy the photoshop that your school has, bring it home, and upload it onto your computer :lol: :lol: gl with whatever you do, and also, ill get an example of what you can do with gimp up soon...
