As I have been doing ALOT of barrows I've noticed this: Malak in the Canafis pub has a black Legends cape(Not really legends but same type) Heres piccy, hard to see cause its black I want :(

The title to this topic is kind of misleading You always spend some money to raise a skill..Construction spends...more.. If ya don't like it, don't train it..
