bad idea...pure ess is bad enough and this power ess would make it too easy for people to make money(miners and runecrafters) making it necesary to craft blood and soul runes is a good idea however it shouldnt give exta runes for regular runes. If i craft airs with pure ess I dont get extra runes.

i especially like having levels to use these. And i also like sligos idea of the secondary weapon being weaker than the first and u cant have a long sord as secondary and a short sord for the first. I hope jagex uses this idea

i cant see jagex selling anything at the current market price because coal ore is 200ea but buys from shops for a lot less. i can see them making them untradeable though
