go to yanlie the dungon after watch tower quest there 30secs away from a bank(furtherthan tav but..) there are 8 blue drgs there and rarly any1 else. also the tunnle out will put u near the bank aswell.

if u want them double nated u would have to do a lot of running to the alter and back. this would take hours.

hmm thats an idea, ive been looking at xp and cost and it turns out to get to 60 it would cost 3mil if i make attack pots or 3.5mil if i made super engerys. thats not buying vails or 2nds
