  1. Before claws it was pretty balanced, but claws gave melee to much power to instant ko people.

stay in one spot, so they will become unagressive. If you just get 127 combat they won't be agressive anymore ;), otherwise go range them in the enclave.
  3. W99 however i go to a least crowded one whenever a slayer spot is occupied.
  4. no, the boost is invisible, meaning that you will catch the fish faster, but can't fish fish you couldn't fish before the boost.
  5. I would skip it at your level, it isn't worth the hassle and the pots if you can just skip it for 80k(or so) worth of slayer points.
  6. I just had a abby demon task and decided to take my wealth, got 3 whips , so I have proven you wrong....do some testing and come back pls
  7. This forum would be really inactive if you couldn't multitask anymore :P
  8. Me too... Gf carrot and emote.. :wall: Yay for me, i was putting it off to, but remembered it on tuesday, and did it before it was over  but I do feel sorry for you guys
  9. Great post, a very enjoyable read  I never really thought about the feelings of the NPC's though, must be my unsensitive self
  10. Yeah they should actually do that, theose with 281 QP should be able to block 5 tasks and if they ever do reach enough quests for 300 qo they should be able to block 6 I'd get 250 points just for that
  11. You have to keep in mind that exp is valued over money by most. If you take 5 rune bars and turn it into a rune plate, you gain xp, which you pay for with the loss in value of the product. You'll see that you will see a rise in the cost of xp/gp for higher lvl items, as they usually are faster xp. In short: Exp.>money in rs. Money is mostly used for training skills.

One is enough, it is like this with every boss monster, and it works. As said it could drive the price down. If you cant stay in a world, you have to switch or abandon the trip. maybe expand your post a little, you give very little information and arguments for your own stance on this subject.
  13. You must have misread, it says f2p and P2p drops, not pvp. P2p means pay to play(members), not player versus player(pvp). :
  14. I liked the first one. Didn't expect one so soon, I just read the previous one today :
  15. It doesn't destroy cannons, but with your levels I wouldn't suggest it, as the nearby revs will slaughter you

138 combat and this guide: viewtopic.php?f=103&t=784800 are the best advice i can give you.;)
  18. training it solely with golds would cost way to much time, because they hardly give xp. Use crimsons instead, they give a lot more xp.
  19. It has certainly gotten worse, but the mods are doing a great job, and you have to give them credit that this forums is still far above the level of the RSOF
  20. I'd do slayer till you get a bit higher skills, maybe all 85, and then decide if you want to continue with slayer or do armoured zombies
  21. Def xp is pretty usefull when making a rune pure ;) The only way of getting the extra qp's without raising other skills is getting p2p i guess.
  22. The dragon claws are mainly for pvp, and can also be used for boss hunting, but it's a bit overkill to buy it as a spec weapon for slayer only. You can't train well with them, just spec. Prices will most likely drop in the next month, but probably not a whole lot(maybe to 22-24m or so). idk about the summoning q's, maybe check the guides section ;)
  23. he is gonna build a realy big house/boat He's probably planning on starting the sailing skill without Jagex releasing it :
  24. SanNo1 replied to Gpguy's topic in General Discussion
Presedents. Jagex does ban lots of players who abuse bugs, but sometimes it can take quite a while, as they have to track the abusers down first, and then make sure they purposely abused it. Also, I dont think the example you listed is really a 'bug', just a side effect that an update had, without real programming errors which could give players a large advantage(like being able to take BoB's to f2p worlds). Skills Jagex is improving on making mini-games which give good xp rewards, but I feel that the main source of xp is really training the skills (grinding for high-levels) as it is supposed to give some sort of accomplishment. From this perspective, it is logical that a harder way (like rc'ing through the abyss) should give more xp/hr then a minigame (GoP). This is how it works in MMORPG games and communities, if you don't like this and want a game with more variety, there are a lot of other games you can buy. Time A way of keeping customers for a company like Jagex who produce an MMORPG is to open up new content as people get higher lvls, therefore it makes sense that a lvl 3 doesn't have as much available content as a higher lvl. Money Money is needed for a lot of things in Rs, and is a scarce product, even in an online game, so it is distributed by the players themselves. Because of this, it takes time to make money, as you have to do something for another player (like getting a monster drop you can sell, or crafting runes with the rc skill) in order to get money. Jagex also can't just decide to lower the price of ice barrages so it is a less elitist spell, because it would have a major impact on the whole magic skill. Don't really have time to read the interpersonal interaction wholly as this post became a bit to long and i g2g, but i might come back at this. If you mean that the reason skills are trained are to get acknowledged for you acclompishments and don't see the point in this, then I agree with you on that. I personally feel that you shouldn't rely on what strangers think of you, but play with friends and compete with them. ( if this isn't what you mean then just ignore this comment):P
