guards are low lvl and drop them, you can kill them in front of the varrock castle or a lot of other cities have them too. I personally like cockatrice for lvl 2 clues, but i'm sure there are a lot of other monsters that drop them just as much. Edit: Probably one of my better lvl 2 clues. I might have gotten better though with all the pages and stuff i got. Usually dont screeny lvl 2's.

The newly added musician is useless, because there are already oog'log pools which give you unlimited energy. If you are so certain of the possibility that you are right, go try it and find out yourself that running to the general store is a waste of time and money.

grand exchange dragon boots are 378k atm, for a body you could use a dharoks platebody or something for about 250k. Anyway, check out the link and u can find the prices of items there. :
