Just a question, are gay marriages really banned in most parts of the US? Seems really stupid to me, I mean, what is the reason that it is banned? Is it because the Christians don't like them? I have a gay couple living a few doors from me and i've recently been to their wedding, and it was a pretty standard wedding. Also, none of the other neighbours in our block have anything against them because they are gay. They are perfectly normal, and very kind people and it sounds strange to me that they shouldn't be able to get married. As for the marijuana part, if the use of it is well monitored and when it's only used for medical purposes It's alright with me.

If you value achievements, it's even better to get it now then it ever was. It's an achievement cape to show of with, not something required to play certain aspects of the game. IMO the quest cape is finally getting some status, I would even give it more credit then a cooking/fletching cape with the release of the last 5 or 6 quests. I'm even considering doing the last quests I need to get it :mrgreen:

So I got a few hunting lvls so I could do the new quest. Did the puzzles and did a test run at Nomad. Then, at my first real attempt this happened: I think I got pretty lucky with som high hits early on. Then the reward got me this: What a good day it is <3: <3: <3:

only a few hunter lvl's till I can start it. Too bad I never took the effort to train it before.

There was another quest that was accidentally labled GM when it came out that was actually master, looking at the reward that has to be a mistake. They actually called it a GM in the newspost, so it should be one. But I don't think it really is one either, because of the reward and low requirements. edit, they explained it as it having some hard puzzels, so i'm interested now, i love puzzles <3: and 70 zeal will most likely get me 99 hp <3: <3: <3:

If it's for a really long term investment, consider h'ween masks and santa hats. They're too unstable for investmens of one or two months, but they will gradually rise in value on the long terms.

That's true, and is in fact a bannable, or at least a mutable, offence. However, most of these ranks are clever with wording, they tell others to "advertise" which is not directly against the rules, therefore they aren't encouraging others to break rules (in Jagex's eyes). I think Jagex really needs to amend their rules before 'fixing' the economy. Jagex lacks one thing - Common sense Ah I didn't think of that, that's actually pretty clever of them. They know that the advertisers will most likely use autotypers, but don't tell them to use them. And if anyone accuses them there are also a few 'legit' advertisers who don't use autotypers and can serve an an example. You'd really want 1 update per month usually consisting of a holiday mini quest with no meaniningful impact on the game? It never said anything about there only being one update a month. The mentioned updates could just as well be one of the updates planned for that month. I had a feeling that the article was a fake because the first reply of this thread showed up when opening the thread, so when i read the update for january i first scrolled down to have a peek. :cool:

I get annoyed when the herbs i planted die, it can really piss me off sometimes :evil: I'm also annoyed by auto-typers at the GE, but that's easier to live with.. Another thing is when I forget to bring a slayer ring on a task, so I don't know how much I have to kill. I like to know how many monsters I got left and usually go back to fetch one, but recently i was doing a task and decided to go get a gem, only to find out that i needed to kill 5 more dark beasts :wall:

I would watch out with that, after a while it might not be enough to 'snap a few bowls' and you'll be looking for something stronger. And it being legal is no excuse for using it IMO, just because you can doesn't mean you should. Anyway, if you don't do it on a regular basis and in small quantities there won't be a problem i think, but when you do it often it can become an addiction, and it sounds like it already has become one. Although it isn't that serious now, beware because it can become very serious very quickly.

Indeed, and some fish even profit now, just like in the good ol' days :thumbsup: I paid about 5 or 6m for 99 cooking sharks from 91, so I burned a few but the xp was still fast. BTW if wines are 1 gp/exp and really around 500k exp as told, then definately do that. 10m is very cheap if it'll buy you a skill cape at those xp rates, even if it's cooking.

I would take it out. After a while your approval rating would become to low to be profitable. This is if it still runs if you're f2p, and apparently it doesn't, so you might as well take out the 6m and use it in f2p (if you'll ever need that much cash in f2p).

Obby+zerker necklace is about the same as D scim+rune def and fury combo. Just stick to the d scim. Get a ss if you can, either buy or borrow when u can. Only way to train it with whip is if you have it on controlled, so if you please u can do it that way. Wouldn't both of those option nagate the whole point of training at az's, namely the Salve (e)? And to the OP: If you can afford it, get an SS, if that's out of your price range go with the d scim and rune defender :thumbup:

I can't imagine using curses at barrows -- which do you use? I guess he uses the deflect prayers. I'm using the normal prayer book atm, because i slay a lot and I find the +10% prayer more worthwile, and I can't be bothered raising my prayer lvl to 82 atm, but I will raise it in the near future and probably keep the regular book for slaying purposes. I might change it once in a while for boss hunting though now that I think of it, but only if this thread proves it's better to leech then to piety when neccessary ;) Well I use Soul Split and Turmoil, sometimes when I'm hitting only 0s, I flash Leech Def and it helps a bit :3 Ah I see. I guessed the deflect prayers because initially wanted to discuss curses for people who can't use those two :P. My bad :oops:. Pretty obvious to keep the new prayer book if you got 95+ prayer :P...

Well, I don't think they'll make a skill around an NPC, and he's already involved in a minigame, so my guess is a new quest. Maybe you can gain acces to the soul altar, which would be nice as runecrafting would be somewhat complete, but I don't think it'll be used much. Soul runes are only 310 gp each without the increased supply so I think it would be best if they made it a really high lvl rune (maybe 90+) but make it give more xp, so you'll be able to get around 80k rc exp/hr, without profiting that much. I know that it would make 99 rc easier to get, but this seems to be the trend with other skills, like woodcutting which has become considerably faster after the so called rebalance.

I got a lot of my money from slayer, so i guess that's a vote for combat. Barrows and treasure trails have made me a couple of millions too, but can be filed under çombat as well :^_^:
