Well, it used to be bursting at PC for exp and points although you get a horrible amount of exp... from points. My suggestion would be Ape Atoll Dungeon like people use for range. And the best other outfit would be: Full Ahrims Mage Book Masters Wand Infinity Boots Fury Fire Cape? (not sure, probably god cape.)
