  1. Not me :P =O We have a immitator here. Good I didn't say hyt.
  2. Thanks, and i have no idea why the pics don't work. Sorry :-s Too bad, by the way, were you at cw world 99 in less then an hour ago? I saw someone in youre outfit without the santa there.
  3. Good Luck. But the 3 pics after you're stats don't work for me. =\
  4. Good Luck, see you in 1/3 year. =P I bet you can't burn a log again after that.
  5. Congratz on to be able to pass al shortcuts in the game! =D>
  6. And how often would Jagex check these trusted programs? Once on the "list", the creator of one could change it so that anyone downloading it, after Jagex has given approval, gets something bad. then not only do you have Jagex stuffing precaution down everyones throat, but they've "encouraged" the very thing they've been warning about. Hmm, Jagex don't seem to like external links though. I'm sure if they ever had a list like that, the programs would be hosted by them. That way any changes would have to go through Jagex. I think they have a list like that. As company you have to know how many bad apples are among those and if that becomes too much, they have to do something against it. I think.
  7. Ok you're right if it won't be effective for the majority. But I still don't like the idea to gain xp without doing that skill at all. To me it seems like you can get rid of the skills and just start counting xp only (for the little minority). And what I meant with skills will be less respected: that counts for non-buyable skills. Agilty and mining are the best examples. These are very respected these day, just because there is no way then just train it the slow (boring) way. If those would be buyable, the respect level will decrease hugely, even though only a very few people will use it. Obviously I can't speak for other people, but I know I would think that way, so why others wouldn't? This is totally different then the charge spell IMO. That is/way buyable at a quite fast way already.
  8. Just buy the highest plank you can make. And use it on the place where it costs the most plank.
  9. If you put it like this. Nothing is really worth it, besides 91 runecrafting. To me: it's like every skill. I like to train skills, it's all the fun to me in rs. And it's just another way to get a nice total level. And it's great to train slayer on hard monsters.
  10. The rants forum is even worse/funnier. On Topic: I used to go a lot on the goals and achievements forum. (Our blogscape and rate this in one forums.) And I liked actually, but now I have TIF it all seems rubbish. Just because you can't add any pics and such. O yea, almost forgotten, the ridiculous 2000 signs rule each post. They obviously put because of all the spamming kids. Those aren't very fun too.
  11. Another Jagex crushing article. But I don't know or you're right here. You say we don't hear anything from them, besides if they don't like something. What else do you want? Maybe things like, "nice idea, we put into the game". That's just a promise they can't even assure. And if they don't put it into the game, people will start complain "*whine*, they don't do what they promised", which also isn't the meaning. So they better don't say anything about it and if they put it in the game, it will be noticed. And I think that will have around the same effect as posting it here. I may agree on putting a list of "good" fansites on their site. But, as said in the article, people will complain if that site was hacked. So eventhough a better relationship would be good, I don't see that in reality. And that is another bad thing about this article. It's like the official rant forum. There has been said something is bad, but there isn't give a good solution for it. It's excactly the same on that rant forum, only here it is worked out a lot better.
  12. Another problem are "the high level requirements". What are high level requirments? Somebody at level 30 will say 50+. One of the maxed out maybe around 90+. So with every requirment (even if there isn't any) there will be people complaining and saying it's too hard/easy. Who will decide what is low or high?
  13. I believe bringing a sara brew(4) is pretty helpful since it gives you defence and hp. Once i got tbed/entangled, it totally saved me That's incredible! You must be pretty good if you can kill someone in 20 secs while he has a sara pot. So now, the rcers can stop whining, finally! Note: I never rc pk, I'm mostly the crafter.
  14. Have you read what I said before? I think it's not Jagex fault. It's the immaturity of the community's fault. If you disagree, at least give some arguments. This won't get the debate anywhere.
  15. Yea, but that is discrimanating and the end of the world for people 16-. But personally I like it. I'm 16 :-w
  16. Xp = skill level #-o
  17. How about make the guide first and then post it? :-k I'll give a comment when it's done, but I really doubt if it will be any better then this. (It's safe.)
  18. Too bad you're only 56 slayer  . And I've heard you don't get 2 whips every 2 hours. So at least make you're lies believable. I should have been more specific. Look at my runecrafting lvl. That's right: I'm a double nat crafter. I make about 4k nats per hour, which averages out to 1 mill per hour, one of the best moneymaking systems on runescape. My mistake, sorry.
  19. You start with: "It's not the immaturity". But I think that's excactly the problem (as said before). People around 12-13 who think they know everything, are grown up, etc. (I was one of them and I know loads who were/are) So they just mess around, going to bad sites, etc. Then they are hacked. So, they start whining and they don't trust anyone anymore. That, plus: Runescape is a pretty easy game and quite populair. Once a MMO is in that stage, it starts atracting people who don't know much about computers, who are totally noobs, etc. (I was/am one of myself). And I didn't trust anything or anyone when I was noob. And, as also said. Jagex focuses too much on the bad side of it. But I don't think that's their fault. But it's the fault of the players. The so called, mini clip generation. (I wasn't in that one, but I think my friend was and he mentioned this game to me) The solution? Personally I don't know, it's quite complicated.
  20. I firstly thought you're idea was ridicilous. But after Duke worked it out a bit more, I started thinking about it. But I came to the conclusion I'm still against it. - I totally hate the idea of getting levels in a specific skill, without doing that skill at all! Doing this way you could remove all skills immedialty and only start counting xp. - You wouldn't get respect for any skill anymore, just because you could buy it. - To make this system effective, it must be deffenitly the fastest way of leveling. There for, money would be the only thing which is significant by then. I also don't think money should have a bigger role in this game. I can see people need to spend their money on, after they bought every item which could be usefull and/or give status. But IMO there is always more to purchase; more herbs, ess, black hides for extremly quick crafting training, construction, loads of runes just to have fun in caste wars, etc. So there is no real need to put something like this in the game(Personally, I've never experienced anything which comes close to "too much money", so I may be talking rubish.) But I have to agree it would be a nice economic experiment to see what would happen. If my english sucks, I'm sorry. I've always been bad at foreign languages.
  21. Too bad you're only 56 slayer  . And I've heard you don't get 2 whips every 2 hours. So at least make you're lies believable. On topic: Duke said it all already.
  22. If you put it like this, getting every cape is "easy". Runecrafting cape? Just get 44, use the abbyss, use all you're money you got on p ess to 91. Now repeat, but now with double nats. Easy as pie. Farming cape? Just buy tree seeds. Seeing "buyable" skills (fletch and cook) are considered easy, because all they need is money, this is easy too. Do I have to go on?
  23. Yeah, Bush is to blame for everything. Especially for technology developed under Clinton's administration (and I must say that Clinton had nothing to do with it). It's humane compared to bean bags and tear gas. Most certainably better than a repeat of Kent State. OK you're absolutly right, it's not Bush' fault. But still, it seems like suck a weapon to me. What do I have to say then: "Good job America"?
  24. I read about it in the newspapers. A journalist of Reuters "tried", he said it felt like he was burnt for a few secs. It must be a horrible pain. Eventhough it's pretty hard to resist long enough to get hurt, but I can see some big incidents happen with this thing. :( This also seems like the perfect weapon for dictators. Can you imagine it? "*Yawn* again a stupid riot. Time to make the millions I stole from the people worth again." (Yea, my english sucks indeed.) Good job Bush
  25. I have one problem with all those theories. Why would the US government do something like that? I can see a reason for attacking Iraq; oil. But killing thousands of people and millions of damage, for attacking Afghnistan? I don't see a reason, maybe to be able to take out Bin Laden. But what could he do? The worst he could do is killing thousands of people himself, so that's no reason to kill yourself. Deffenitly not people of you're own country.
