  1. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Miscellania That calculator tells you everything you need. Conclusion: at this point it's best to do 100% raw fish and 50% coal. And no, the amount they produce is independent of the GE prices. Otherwise no one would use it ;).
  2. This isn't a very good guide IMO: a) There is no reason why I should use this method, why would I (or anybody else) change from deaths/nat/ZMI to this? B) Too many picture for something incredible obvious, it basically says: witdraw ess, tele to duel arena, craft fires, tele to CW, bank. Use sup energies when needed. Guides should tell people something they don't know yet, I doubt anyone here didn't know what is in your guide at this point.
  3. Either some clan has used the hype to merch them, or people are really using them more:
  4. I was really surprised by how hard it was to have a good organization and how good the other clans did that part. Apparently there is a lot more in warring then I expected, if it only wasn't so damn expensive...
  5. You all realize the real fight is just starting? You're all saying it was bad, etc.
  6. Only thing I've done with clanning is MSSW and reading the tactics posts about them, I hope I'm of any use.
  7. For an inexperienced person, what's best to take? It seems logical bind + fire blast can help big time, but I'm doubting that if I'd die in 10 secs.
  8. Congratulations on 900 total! Any idea how you're gonna get the next 100?
  9. I'm not into warring at all so maybe I'm just rambling, but I think you're overestimating TIF. I think it'll be just like the MSSW's, where most people who show up don't have the slightest clue about any kind of tactics or whatsoever. Nor do they have anywhere near the required time/cash/patience to make it all the way through. The average TIFer isn't gonna waste more then 5 sets before getting bored. At least, that's what I'm thinking.
  10. Thanks both of you, I already thought so, but I wasn't sure. Paw, mage increases by 30% with void, not 10. (At least according to the KB.)
  11. Question is in title. Tip says it only increases accuracy, KB says it increases magic, so does runehq. Rs wiki says it increases max hit, I'm puzzled now.
  12. I'm not sure, but my theory is it's: (value of dropped item)/(amount of people who missed the split).
  13. I'm not an expert, but besides the surreal numbers, it seems like a pretty decent fake to me.
  14. This one made me laugh: "The Dutch in general prefer their french fries with mayonnaise." As I'm Dutch myself, this is so normal for me I can hardly believe it turns up on some kind of "lol at these weird laws/customs/etc."-site.
  15. Great guide, it contains about all the strategy this mini game can possible have and it's very detailed and well written. It also shows the downside of this game (IMO), it has little strategy and there is actually only one important one:
  16. No matter how awesome that is, it takes out all the fun of PKing. Fun = not waiting 5 mins for 2 secs rushes, involving actually skills, etc. I don't mind about n/h, but this is just ridiculous.
  17. I know some people with 99 summoning use them for slayer tasks. A few kills per hour more then the "normal" method.
  18. "Lvls 25-43: For these levels, use the Skullball Course. I've gotten a lot of questions as to where this was so here's some simple directions... It's around the middle of the Mort Myre Swamp and is marked with an agility sign on the mini map. You will need to have completed Priest in Peril as well as Creature of Fenkenstrain because you'll need a Ring of Charos to access it. Skullball is fairly fast exp once you get the hang of it. Don't get discouraged when it seems hard the first few times, you'll naturally get faster. EXP GAIN: 15k per hour MONEY GAIN/LOSS: 0 p/h " From "skill guide to all skills" on the RSOF (98-99-39-58035159)
  19. Wachtwoord replied to lcchs's topic in Help and Advice
I use them for CW as a cheaper, yet slightly worse version of the super attack and strenght pot combination. It also saves an inventory spot, which is very handy if your inventory is already half full with mage stuff, etc.
  20. This surely was one of the most interesting things I've read here in ages. Thanks for posting. I have a lot of accounts with password as password (well actually the Dutch equivalent "wachtwoord"). I do it for stuff I don't care about, which is about half of my accounts. Guess what my password was on TIF for the first few months ;).
  21. It's a mini-game, not a "lol quick levels here" game, so your argument as a whole is pretty much invalid. It's a "Oh hey, fun mini-game to play with about a thousand other people at any time....Oh and there's xp rewards and new pets, that's nice". Not every new addition has to speed up leveling, especially considering you'd probably be among the ranks to start complaining that slayer was "nerfed" if they made it a little faster or equally as fast as training it on tasks. Good point, now if it only was fun... Jagex said it'd be like CW, but what I like about the CW is the huge amount of tactics, teamwork and personal skill (cw skills I mean) involved. CW is incredible hard and takes loads of time to master, however it hardly gets easier then this.
