If i ever wanted a day off at short notice I normally arranged with a friend to swap shifts. Safeways (now Morrisons) didnt mind when people did that provided they were informed properly.

You are unlikely to get a part time job on flexitime. You are better off organising the hours that you need when you initially start the job and get it in the contreact. That way they cant mess you about. Organise having Tuesdays and Thursdays off and just refuse to work sundays. They cant make you.

Actually nothing i do is going to stop what happens in the video. I live in a country (united kingdom) which regulates against everything that happens in the video. We have much stricter controls over testing and slaughter much higher than other countries. I don't buy fur and never have done. I have a small amount of leather in my shoes and I have one leather jacket (which wasn't cheap) and it used for protection for when I am on the motorbike. as for eating less meat, again none of that happened in the video happens in the UK and I also buy my meat from respected butchers and retailers. Living in the country means that the meat is organic and reared better as well as slaughtered much more humanely. I have seen an abattoir and it did not put me off meat. I am against animal cruelty as much as the next person but this is pure propaganda.

I really don't care anymore, there is far too much media attention over it all. How many other little girls and boys got kidnapped or went missing in the 150 whatever days since Madeline has been missing. Of course they probably weren't all pretty white and blonde with a rich family with respected jobs living the American Dream so not worth reporting... I'll say this for sure though, I would NEVER leave my 3 year old daughter alone in a hotel room in a foreign country while I went out and got drunk.
