You will need to use some kind of editing software. If you have Windows XP you will be able to use Windows Movie Maker. Otherwise search http://www.snapfiles.com for freeware editing programs

Could try closing EVERYTHING else. MSN, extra IE/FF windows, Kazaa/p2p programs, any unneccesary background processes so that the pretty much only two things running are runescapoe and the recording program.
