Well first of all youll need to buy some plain white ones. Get some nice woolen ones with the insulation on the inside for extra warmth. Then get some normal clothing dye of whatever colour you choose. Try to get a good one that wont wash out. You dont want the colour fading after just a few washes. You can get dyes in Woolworths or Boots. Then put the dye in a sinkfull of hot or cold water depending on the type of dye and sink the gloves into the mix. Leave for a few minutes and then take out and drip dry. Then wash the gloves in a washing machine to lock in the colour. :D

You cant trust results from online petitions, there are always lots of duplicates and fake entries. Plus people reply to them that have no interest in the petition in question. Example, you get people in America signing petitions only meantr for UK people and vice versa. Thats why politicians cant use online petition results as true stats. Plus you get a bias result from them, online votes are usually from younger people and so do not reflect the whole of the population. When conducting a proper petition you get people from all age groups and social classes and together with high profile signatures you can get your point made in cabinet. I work for the government conducting research, focus groups, surveys and consultation meetings etc and im telling you now that online petitions are a waste of time. The only thing that gets your point noticed is speaking out and doing something active.

Bypassing the firewall put in place by work is in violation of the computer internet and email usage policy that you would have signed when you started work there. Don't say you didnt sign one because you probably did without realising. If you break it, its a sackable offence. Good luck... but you wont find help here
