I got this assignment from Chaeldar (Lost City ). They are not on her assignment list and not in the bestiary. Are they like normal one? Can I kill normal ones? If not, anyone know where they are?

Has Moss Island always been there? I've never noticed it before . . . Edit: I have and older map that shows island but no agility shortcut, so I'm guessing it was added recently?
