  1. Dusty, any update on the Revolution? And about the Poland thing, what're their terms? (Answer by PM for that, please)
  2. Hanover was conquered by Archi. Wasn't it?
  3. Well, it's a bunch of angry frenchmen fighting for what they want in their country, and you're trying to put the 20 thousand guys onto some boats, taking them to a country where everyone speaks a different language, and they would be stuck there for years at the minimum.
  4. -> Will make a difference, but not a big one. If I was making my entire 40k army significantly stronger, then that would make a big difference. All I'm saying is me upgrading 3% of my army isn't a huge change in my overall strength.
  5. By that logic, if I gave all my troops mech suits, it should be fine...I started with an army, I ended with an army, no reason for anyone to do anything. And conscripting a massive army is gonna have side effects...I know, I have tried. I'm saying that if if 1500 troops upgrade to something a bit better, out of my 40k army it's not a huge difference. It will have side effects, but it beats being out of the game. Plus I have the bonuses: Sans-culottes (Less chance of revolts due to warfare) Conscription (ability to conscript soldiers) so that should help.
  6. Well, it's not like my army will be getting that much stronger due to 1500 Medium Guard advancing in rank. Though if I ever need to, I can always conscript a ton of troops. Also, Napoleon condemns some of the executions, etc.
  7. The elite soldiers only have three tiers. Young, Medium, Old. I only have 1500 troops that would advance to the next level in this battle, so it doesn't make much of a difference.
  8. Alright, so I have 20 odd million now. Also, Archi, removing the giant rebellion would probably end the reign of terror also. I mean, in the end, they're frenchmen, and being brought off to Prussia for the next 5 years won't make them happy. Plus, try loading 19,000 angry guys into boats. Not so easy.
  9. So budget reset happened?
  10. Right then, Napoleon starts to distance his policies from the more extreme ones of Robespierre.
  11. All credibility gone. Even if you took it back.
  12. Nah, talking about the hand selected Imperial Guard. We're not worried so much about stealing, if someone's hungry and comes to us, we'll give them food. I'm more worried about you stealing it, or whoever salted my lands (maybe you) stealing it.
  13. With troops according to need. If I'm heading into an area where everyone hates Napoleon etc. we send more troops to protect it, with orders to just keep the food safe, not hurt anyone unless they are attacked, and even then avoid lethal force. Basically old timey riot police. And maybe they do, but mine get muuuch more powerful. Atleast the special unit.
  14. Also, can I ask what armies you are sending where? Or what the size of your army is? Just somewhat concerned that you are running the reign of terror, invading the Netherlands, fighting in Britiany and guarding the Spanish Food... I meant the specific modifier. Doesn't mean the reign is over, just the modifier. Army is uhhh 40,000 or something strong. It's pretty powerful though, since my Unique unit gains power the more it fights, and I have a ton of veterans. I'm sending General Lambert, and Napoleon's Armies to fight.
  15. Food is distributed to the areas worst hit by the famine. Dusty, can you remove the Reign Of Terror modifier, it's 1793 now.
  16. Thanks a ton! Can you make sure it's guarded by the way, the last shipment was stolen. The shipment is guarded by the French Army once it actually reaches land, so as not to be stolen.
  17. Spork, could you send me food shipments? You seem to have a ton of excess right now.
  18. Louis XVI was a glutton, the money had been rotting in the imperial coffers unspent on anything except for food and luxuries for the nobles, and military. Louis was convicted by fair trial of High Treason to France. Those of the Clergy may worship however they please, the law will not stop them. Criminals who kill and murder innocents are not part of the Revolution, but enemies of it.
  19. That would explain the rightful king's army? We did not even have any army when the Imperials took the war to us, with the help of Prussians.
  20. WRONG! Ideologies that offend God stop the rain! (Hehe, the God card is so easy to play) And yet you send help to the Russians, when they apparently have too offended god.
  21. Dungeonal has not won a strategic victory...Britian can still fight back...There is no reason for Ico to accept a ludicrous treaty where dozens more provinces are given up, solely on the basis that Historically America aquired them over the next hundred years... Prussia bows to France's words and withdraws its offer of salt, though states that it was French people who brought the most... Prussia also retorts that Prussia never forced its own citizens, or indeed French Citizens, to eat dead horses and see their children starve because of an ideology! An ideology does not stop the rain, it is just bad fortune.
  22. The Prussians decry our politics, and speak of the famine being our fault! And yet it is they who help to salt our fields, and they who help those who would steal grain going to the needy. Our friends in the Netherlands sent shipments of grain and food, yet those who are against our revolution stole the grain for themselves! Prussians say we rule through force, yet it is they who invaded us, it is they who shelter those who would kill you and your families! In our time of need, we ask those who have surplus to send us grain, your kindness will not be forgotten.
  23. What has Robespierre been doing at this point? Since that changed over time in real life. Ministers and political figures are given more protection Major farms are given guards, who will try to capture spies. The army that was sent to fight those ones continues following them, hopefully with assistance from the Netherland's army? 5 of the cannons will be split into Napoleon's army, who was following near them. -Counter-Revolutionary rebellion led by deposed nobles and aristocrats rises up in Brittany - 18,000 strong (4,000 hussars, 2,000 dragoons, 1,000 Cuiriassiers, 3,000 Fusiliers, 6,000 Line infantry, 2,000 Skirmishers, 10 cannon) Napoleon's army will engage the enemy. 8500 Old guard 30 Cannon 12500 Fusilier
  24. The Reign of Terror Modifier should go away in 2 hours.
